I'm a Lynch fan since I was 14 in 1983 but this solo doesn't sound anything like the album version. I once heard someone say that he pretty much wings his studio solos with a tiny bit of structure which makes sense because I can honestly say over the years even seeing him live in a small club in the 90s, he never replicates a solo. I mean even EVH was the same but he kept to the structure of his solos live.
He mixes it up. Sometimes he will play solos very close to the album version but most of the time, they are quite different. This type of improv is almost gone from music. I personally think it's pretty cool. Sometimes it comes out great like this and other times it's a mess, but it's rock and roll!
I agree a little bit. I go to a live show because I liked the band and their recorded songs. So I'm looking for solos, vocals, drum and bass parts that stick to the album song I lked. I don't mind a little improv but for instance if there's a SUPER COOL riff or lead part I want to see and hear they can replicate it live. Thats just me.@@noaveragejoe
Not a Lynch fan , However, I noticed he played a wrong chord (yes by accident) (one of his usual go to chords when riffing) and it worked well. It was right after the first vocal line. Since most of his songs sound very similar, He may have a new song right there.
Can hear the Van halen influence in his playing, not what it used to be but not bad, too many effects, not even close to don dokken on vocals but good for what it is.
Love Dokken and Lynch but this guy doesn't seem to fit for singing Dokken. No where close to Don. He's like singing flat.Grungy not metal. Just my take. Maybe he'd be ok in another band and style? Not doing justice for Dokken. George of coarse is always on fire!!
I don't know how that band stayed locked in during that solo. George is amazing but when he's off and overly experimental with his choice of notes and timing, it can be a total mess. This, was a total mess. They kept him in there though..
George Lynch is awesome! The 80s where such a good time.
Love that drumming . It’s all good . I mean George , the best . Great band .
George Lynch is my favorite guitarist of all time. You are the man George - Keep up the good work my friend, and god bless you.
George is one of the GREATEST OF ALL TIME.
period,
King George Lynch AKA MR SCARY is the Best.😊
Great to hear rock is still alive!
The show was out of this WORLD! I hope George keeps this line up! Arriba Gabriel Colon on voice!
I heard this is their last tour
@@weareparkerfulyep, this is it for "Lynch Mob".
Sounds Awesome!
This vocalist is good, wish they'd do a full Dokken set.
George shredding it up 🤘🏼🔥
Must have been a killer show! Very cool!
I was there. Spectacular performance from the entire band! Gabriel is a fantastic singer.
Sounding good . Cool Clip
A rock and roll soul doesn't fade at the crossroads with the universe and Blount forevermore
I can't believe that this is the best George can come up with for a singer.
You just don’t like him because he sucks. Admit it.
@@SrFranciscoDAnconia I admit it.
What’s not to like ?
not feeling this singer...I've heard better in local bars
🤔🤔😳 this is such a great song and George is destroying it with way to much delay and reverb and slow tempo, good vocals
Yep. Its bc hes hiding the fact that he cant play as clean as jon levin lol😂
George's tone has been lame for a decade now....
@@savedforever1Jon Levin can't George's pick lol 😆! All u other haters kick rocks!
I was going to fly out from FL to see this show and forgot about it happening. Sucks

Why watch if your not a fan?
Because I'm cultured? You should try things you do not like. It also builds character. Good day sir.@@garychilders2937
This kid must be singing for free...
Who is the drummer?
I think it's Jimmy D Anda of bullet boys originally
Yes, it's Jimmy
He Rocks!!
This is the worst singer George has hired since he started lynch mob

Don Dokken is my 2nd most favorite singer but real close to Freddy Mercury
Great Singing but no feel..GL solo is emotion and guts
He got some lyrics wrong Not a fan of his singing
