June Farm Consignment Auction! How Did I Do???

- Hello Everyone, I went to a local Farm Consignment Auction in order to bid on some very select items. The thing you can never tell about an auction is the mood or just how far someone is willing to push an item...mine is I will never give more for an item than I could purchase new for So that should give you an idea of where this is going. I have 94 bales of new hay on the hayfield and 56 bales of last years hay on the field and I need to move it 30 miles so gotta make something happen! Thanks for watching!

The only thing I could have bid on was the “free Trump” shirt I saw lol all that wood was a good deal… at least based on prices here ! Look at all those ppl sweating and boiling hot … and not one of them is wearing a neck fan or even has an old fashioned paper fan !!!

Hi Johnny. Sorry you didn't get the things you were interested in. Personally, I would have gone a little higher on the sprayer trailer. But I live in an area where forest/wild fires are a given. Two birds one stone, so to speak. It could hold water the rest of the year. If I were physically able and rich 🤣 the building kit would have been a steal!!! See ya in a bit, on your live.

Dad watched side dump hooper and running gear sell. The next week he went to a local farm supply. He bought a new one just like it for $50 more.
Sometimes you do great like the 27 foot Gooseneck stock trailer I bought for $1100…sometimes not so much…

Second auction I seen you go to where you were late if you want the deals you've got to get there on time😅😢
I have been to that auction a few times and historically they start bidding on equipment (what I am there for) about 1:00 pm. This is the first time they ever went early on that stuff. The only item I missed bidding on was the Brushhog. No amount of earlier would have gotten my that hay trailer…lol

What state are you in? I would think the rotary mower would have 80 90 weight oil in the gear box.
Oklahoma and yes it would have gear oil in it…
