  • For entertainment purposes only. Just one guy's waking dream, right?
During quieter moments of profound contemplation, have you ever wondered how great it would feel to step up like the hero you are and support Cash's channel? Well, here's your chance. It's as easy as clicking on this lovely link: www.PayPal.me/c.... Spoiler alert: it may give you a fuzzy, warm sensation inside.
Details of Cash's fabulously uplifting new book, The Illustrated Law of Attraction, are available at www.cashpeters.com, along with some attractive mugs and T-shirts for your drinking and wearing pleasure. (The cost of mailing mugs in the U.S. is entirely down to the whims of that rascal Louis DeJoy. Alas, we are all just playthings in his world.)
    In other news:
    A) The ebook versions of the Believing book, 'Force of Habit', and MasterPeace' are, as usual, to be found on Amazon. 'Why Your Life Matters' is no longer available in paperback, only as an ebook on Amazon.
    B) If you'd like to understand how Cash does his pictures, there's a video you can watch. You'll find it here: • How I Channel Pictures...
    C) Newspaper headlines used in the video are included without the introductory phrase, "And this is how The Washington Post described it' or 'Here's what Forbes said on this topic last week' etc. This saves space and repetition, but that's what is intended. Excerpts from books, poetry, or other media are included under the doctrine of fair use.
And finally, a word to all my darling commenters...
I love hearing from you, even if you're being critical, but especially if you're not. Your ideas for topics for pictures are also appreciated.
However, there are some things that are not acceptable. Cross these boundaries a little bit and your comment will be deleted. Cross them a lot and you will be blocked. Please bear in mind that I curate hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of comments each week, and so will generally skip or delete argumentative or vexatious people.
Anyway, here they are, listed in no particular numerical order:
    1) No spam, scams, bots, fake information, links to porno sites, gaslighting, or phony opinions presented as real comments.
    2) No abuse, vulgarity, insults, or cursing. Don't be rude to - or about - me, or about other commenters, readers, etc. Say what you like, by all means, but try to be kind, polite, pleasant, and constructive. And if you can avoid whining as well, so much the better. 😊
    3) Do not post bogus invitations that suggest viewers check out 'my' Instagram or Telegram page, or that they should have a personal reading from me. I will NEVER send you an invite or contact you directly. I don't even contact my friends directly, so, rest assured, if it looks like I'm instigating an interaction, it's a scam.
    4) Please maintain a respectful distance. Don't try pick-up lines on other commenters, ask where they live, or seek other personal details from them. Or from me, for that matter. I would also add...no over-affectionate gushing, intimate suggestions, or creepy claims to be my friend when you're not. I will block you instantly.
    5) No promoting products or websites, or posting links/timecodes without explanation.
    6) No promoting other readers. This is a regrettable one. I don't have an objection to readers being referred to - of course. Some of them are terrific. However, a handful of viewers insist on plugging two readers in particular, and it's fishy. So...no to that.
    7) No time-stamping my videos. In other words, no going through the episode, noting the time that each topic begins, and posting an itemized list. We live in an increasingly divided and segmented world where people confine their focus solely to things that concern them, shutting out everything else, especially stuff that's happening in other countries. This viewpoint is unsustainable when the very survival of humanity depends on everyone pulling together as one. Time-stamping is not conducive to that. Please don't do it.
In addition, and as a makeshift number 8...
Unless I know you personally, please do not send me unsolicited mail, friend requests on FB, follow requests on Instagram, marriage proposals, or snapshots of: a) your cat; b) you posing in a low-cut ball-gown or bikini. If it can't be said or shown in the comments section, I guarantee I won't want to see it privately. Again, even my friends know not to send me stuff, so I'd be grateful if you would refrain too.

This came just after I put in my grocery order! I researched organic vs non organic bananas because there IS a price difference. However, bananas are still one of the cheapest foods around and they are sooo good for you.
Most nutritional stats are based on a "medium" 🍌, which is considered about 7".
    I discovered:
    🔹Green 🍌 have more "resistant starch" (which means less sugar but more prebiotics);
🔹Eat your unripe banana with protein to cut the astringency (maybe don't go as far as grilling Elvis's peanut butter, bacon n nanner sammich if you're concerned about heart health)
🔹There are a ton of uses for the 🍌 peel.
Finally, banana trees are technically herbal stalks, distantly related to the ginger plant.and the "fruit" is botanically classified as a berry.

I love your testing and pics. Strawberries should always be organic because poison sprays can permeate the flesh. Certain peel-able fruits are considered OK because the 'poison' would be in the peel, such as oranges, etc. I wonder what would happen if you compared peeled organic and peeled non-organic bananas, since we don't eat the peel anyway.

I was keeping red wriggler composting worms. I had several large containers as they did quite well.
One day, I gave them a banana peel. The next morning all the worms were escaping the container like a house on fire.
I looked up what the growing process was with bananas. They are one of the most heavily treated fruits: fungicides, pesticides, and multiple treatments of each through the growth cycle.
I only buy organic when I can find them, now.

Actuall, Cash, you’re holding the banana upside down. What you call the “bottom” is actually the top from which the flower grows/grew. When fertilized, the fruit develops much as a gourd or squash does - from the bottom of the flower and above where it attaches to the stem; and as with a gourd, the flower eventually withers and falls off. Similarly, what you are calling the “top” is the actually bottom or stem banana of the banana where it attaches to the cluster. If you try peeling the banana from the actual top (flower end) instead of the stem, you’ll likely find it easier to peel as well as getting those nutrients that seem to fade out in your vision as you get closer to the stem end.

Cash--Have you ever looked at Himalayan salt lamps? Their supposed benefits range from improved air quality due to emission of negative ions (similar to burning beeswax candles), improvement in mood, enhanced sleep and even reducing the effects of EMF radiation.
I have a 6 pound salt lamp on my computer desk and a 12 pound one in my bedroom.
I've always been curious about the actual benefits. I can attest to mood improvement; the soft, warm glow they provide is very calming.

@@EnlightenedBeingsClub They are lovely, however I can attest that they may have unhappy environmental effects. The one I used blistered a salad-plate-sized area of varnish off of a library table. Even more strangely an antique porcelain swan somehow absorbed the emissions and crumbled, while its mate, placed at a distance, remains whole. Perhaps migrating salt molecules attract water which can make nearby surfaces swell?

I trained to be a barista some years ago. One of the things i learned during the training that there often isn't much difference between organic coffee and regular coffee. The issue is that in a lot of third world countries, farmers really don't have money for a lot of pesticides so not much is used. Often in a high poverty farming context, the difference between organic and regular produce is documentation.

Bananas are high in potassium. Maybe part of the banana is all you need to eat to meet your daily requirement? The regular bananas if they didn't take insecticides up through their roots should be nearly as good for you are the organic ones since you are not eating the skin which is where most insecticide residue would be. Bananas sold commercially are barely alive since the seeds in them are sterile. Normal bananas have much larger, fertile seeds.
Cash, try the small red bananas. The flesh is pale orange and it tastes better than the run of the mill banana.
Iceland is the northernmost producer of bananas in the world thanks to some banana plants at the University of Agriculture. The first banana plant arrived in Iceland in 1939 and was planted in a greenhouse in Reykjavik and it bore fruit in 1941. The bananas grown in Hveragerði and other geothermal plantations around Iceland make the country the largest producer of bananas in Europe. Although the Spanish territory of the Canary Islands grows more bananas, they're technically a part of Africa, leaving Iceland to take the top spot.

Bananas grow downward (the small end is the lowest part on the plant) so I would think that the most energy/nutrients/tood stuff would accumulate lower on the fruit. I'd think the disks on the non-organic one could be levels at which the plants were doused with whatever chemicals were being used. Go organic, it's better for you and for the farmers and the planet too - extra karma points!

My understanding is that because the actual fruit is wrapped in a thick peel, it is not exposed to the pesticides that are used in the tree. Just like walnuts, for example. The fruit of the nut is protected. I never but organic bananas, or any other fruit or vegetable that is protected by a thick skin.
I’m also sensitive to foods and I put my pendulum above the food in question and ask, “Is my
Body sensitive to this food?” I’ve avoided quite a few foods that if I had consumed would have made me feel pretty, well, 💩ity.

We really don’t need a large amount of food, less is best. Our body can digest smaller amounts better. I have discovered that I don’t need metformin if my portion are small.

I like when you muscle test things. It’s so interesting. And I think making the connection that a portion of the item or items are all that’s nutritionally necessary is super fascinating. Thanks for doing these videos!😊

Perhaps more nutrients are closer to the stem end because that’s where the fruit draws in the minerals, etc., from the plant itself, as taken up from the surrounding soil.

I was really interested in the test as bananas are not on the "dirty dozen" list (of fruits with the most pesticides) and suggested to buy organic whenever possible. So I wasn't surprised the energy was close between them. Strawberries have the most pesticides on them. I've got to check back and see if you did a post on strawberries... (Vegetables have their own list)>

🍌My only magic trick ~ to break a banana in half whilst it is still wearing its peel.
I perform the trick when I'm alone. Power affirming. Try it! LOL. {Trick is to break it quickly, making a clean break without bruising.)
Truth be told, the affirmation is in the Happy Dance one must enjoy post banana-break trick}.
    Love to you.

When I get a “slippery” muscle test, I redo the test asking for a specific percentage. For example, the question I would ask here is “is this regular banana a 50% match” etc until I got a no. That way it helps me to quantity just how much better organic is vs non organic and if that is worth the price difference.

My dad has eaten a banana (non organic) everyday that I can remember. He is 91.
I’ve read the peel keeps pesticides at bay unlike peaches, grapes, apples, strawberries, celery, carrots, potatoes. So a food I don’t buy organic are bananas.

Strangely, I also have a banana and a cup of coffee for breakfast but I have as unripe banana as possible because there’s much less starch in an unripe banana and I believe that it’s better for you. It would be interesting to test a slightly green banana to see what the results are, and if they are actually better for one.!!

It seems to me that there is more nutrients, etc at the top because it is where the banana was attached to the source (tree?) So if you shared the lower half that person would not get the full benefit of the banana's nutrients. Just a thought.

I noticed that the "good energy cloud" is thicker near the stem. Maybe this has to do with how recently it was cut from the plant. Maybe the energy is stronger at the attachment to the plant and weaker at the end, sort of like the way hair grows where the older (and weaker) hair is at the ends. The new hair growth is, I believe, healthier. (Hmm, I hope this makes sense. HAHA!)

    • @hb4196

Except that the good energy cloud is lower on the banana, farther from the stem.
