Congratulations on your new storefront. I hope the Grand Opening was a tremendous success, and I have no doubt it was. A success much-deserved. Jill is an AMAZING customer service rep. Only five minutes to the one-minute lamb on his feet. Incredible. The look in Shep's eyes as Sparky tried to make friends. So great. Thanks Rachel. I so love that Sparky has found such a loving home, and a new wee friend, after the very hard times some weeks ago. I can also attest that Mouche and Friends are doable! I knitted Hazel the squirrel, and while not beginner, the instructions are extremely well written. I had more problems with taking the leap of faith that it would work! And it does!
