Her fans started singing their love to her, especially when they replaced "Je t'aime", they are singing to her "on t'aime", "we love you". It's not every day your audience & fans sing you a love song. & she answers them "je t'aime", singing her love back to them. It is a magical moment!
To have that deep of a connection with your fans and to feel such intimacy with thousands of fans is something many artists could only dream of. Her reaction you could tell she was flabbergasted. What a fantastic moment.

I met Lara in Montreal twice actually one time in a restaurant the other time during shopping around Christmas 🎄 very down to hearth and very kind also she live here in Montreal 🥰👌
She was going through a tough time and had thought about ending it all until this gave her a new lease of life because she realised no matter what’s going on in her personal or personal life her fans love her .
Oh and btw, Lara was having issues in her personal life and wasn't feeling good so in the song "je t'aime" means i love you, and instead of singing that, the crowd sings "on t'aime" which translates to "we love you". Truly beautiful❤️
Hi Psyche. I hope you’re having a good day/night. I’m a huge Lara Fabian fan. I’m more familiar with her English music but I do love her voice no matter any language. It’s absolutely breathtaking. I just was listening to her album Camouflage yesterday. I love it. Painting In The Rain, Keep The Animals Away, Growing Wings & Chameleon being some of my favorites off that album. As stated though. I’ve collected her music since her breakout American hit I Will Love Again, which had a bunch of amazing remixes by some of the greatest remixers of all time. She’s incredible. I love when her all English albums come out. They’re usually about 5 years in between one another. I hope they never stop. You’re right though, the voice is enough. It doesn’t matter the language. Lara had just gone through a really difficult divorce and she was very depressed. Her fans wanted to let her know that a lot of people love her and had agreed this with the pianist. When Lara wanted to sing, someone in the audience yelled: Don't sing Lara and then the fans started! In the end, I think, Lara said: that's it. Greetings from the Netherlands
There was no divorce, that's a myth. She wasn't even married. The other myth is that a good friend died, but he died a few years later. She had a very rough time returning from the US, after her dreams of breaking into the US market crashed and burned. She was very depressed and even suicidal. That's what Parce Que Tu Pars is about. So this album and concert was her comeback and her fans wanted her to know how much she was loved, no tragedy necessary. The whole concert is a love fest.
From what I have been told, a fan delegation went to see the pianist before the show and arrange that situation of with a signal from him starting the song before Lara did. She was not, in no way, aware of this.
The short version. she was having a bad time with her personal life. And a group of people from the audience spoke to the piano player, who agreed that they should sing the song. And in the end she sang with them, they saying we love you, she saying, I love you and they brought her sort of out of the funk and between them they made this beautiful film
Lara was seriously down with some relation problem. Her fans wanted to do something about it and they did. On t'aime, we love you. They had it perfectly organised and everybody knew, except Lara.
