Your videos are Still making people’s day! Thanks for making this video. It saved me a lot of headaches. It was still nerve wracking, but watching how it is done- Helped!
I'm so glad i found your videos on this thank you very much. I have been working on my own puzzle until you provided the key. Switching out my connector today. Thank you for sharing!
Wow I did it just as fast as you showed me. Three days trying to do the same thing on a Dodge Ram steering colume plug almost the same. Thank you, Dan um
Hey thanks for the video. Any idea how to remove the pins from an '05 Grand Cherokee PCM terminal? I don't have those types of levers, the pins are pretty well covered up in the front. I've tried using Miller Tool 6934, and push it in from the back but the pin won't budge.
God... I wish I would have done that. Bought the same connector, but thought I wouldn’t be able to slide the new wires out and insert the ones in my ‘05 Jeep unlimited rubi. I cut the wires and crimped them to the new orange and purple wires. Messed the whole damn thing. I feel so stupid😓. Having a mechanic clean up my mess now...💰
Can you just plug those terminals straight on the contact pins on the stalks or is it absolutely necessary to have one of those big blocks to plug them all into?
They should offer the plastic connector clip by itself be OEM is such lousy plastic . Had the experience of ringing out all of the lighting and circuit s going through this multi function switch there's a 40 amp head light fuse 20 amp break light 10amp marker light circuit one chassis ground black one 5 volt red something to do with ABS plus some ghost wires that would be for export models . Had the bad luck of a brand new multi function switch being no good and had to eat it got a second one and fix the jeep wrangler 04 so it happens before having to troubleshoot all the lighting.
This is a nightmare when you want to do it with your car ecu 100 plus wires to remove and install 😂 and ill be doing this tommorow will divid it on 3 days 🤣
Omg dude, thank you so much. You saved me so much grief ,I got the same doorman plug . Thank you once again, brilliant video 🤜🤛🤝

Valuable information mister, thanks
Great demonstration.
Just solder each wire to the steering switch, don't forget to heat shrink. No more melty boys.
Does that work?

This my friend, is where 3D designers like myself come into play and share the file with other so that they can 3D print it. :)
Very helpful thank you
First! Love the video and the builds!
