  • This video discuses the most important part of Quality Management i.e. Root Cause Analysis and corrective Action. It is split in two parts and in this part 1 , the discussion starts with Definition of Problem and extends up to Containment Action at Customer’s end . The video mainly emphasizes on how to use the Problems solving tools , to resolve issues effectively and efficiently . Also at the end of Part 2 , steps to be followed based on my experience , are given which in my view are best suited to resolve the issue. Pl watch and let me have your views.
