I like alot of the classic country music stars...But, I have to say, I think Gene Watson is my all time favorite!! I don't think he has been rewarded nearly enough!! Great Voice!!!
Gene Watson, Gary Stewart, and others, the Old True Country voices can lay it down............REAL COUNTRY...................The way an Ol' Boy Likes it. Thank You Fellas......
that true spirit of love is inside this man. even his "body english and facial movements reflect his great awsome voice! He must be awarded a number one place in country hall of fame-we must SEE TO IT! call 'em--write letters-- e-mails untill the C.M.A. puts him on top of the list! thanx hammerboy1- !!
What I find amazing is that this fellow is still an amazing singer -- can you imagine, 40 years later? In fact, he may even be better now. "Real.Country.Music." he just put out is as good as it gets. He needs to come up to Boston and sing.
i love gene watson's music! he's a great country music artist! i look forward to seeing him again, when he returns to the hank williams' festival in june in georgiana, alabama. merry christmas to everyone! god bless you all.
