Beautiful vistas...and by vistas, I mean women. 😜 Seriously though, that is beautiful country. I wish I could come over and visit for a month or two. Of course, here on Canada's west coast we have plenty of beautiful scenery as well. Awesome hiking and camping. A Very Happy Belated Birthday to you Erin. Nice moves on the dance/kitchen floor! 👍👍

The Scottish High lands are gorgeous. I'm always amazed how Scotland being so high north is not covered in snow every year during winter, though there was snow in the past few year. climate science, which is very important, has the answers to that.
Those cable cars are called gondola. They started with a system to get bucks up a hill with ropes in Italy and that's why they have an Italian name. There history is fascinating and they are gowning in popularity around the world because they are cheaper and easier that other modes of transportation, but if one gets stuck they are hard to be rescued from. When it comes to remembering the name some people don't know or forget they are called gondolas so when in doubt just call them cable cars; after all they do have a car that rides on a cable. Though there are other types of cable cars.

Happy Belated! Wonderful scenery and what a great cottage. I love Scottish rivers... so absolutely clear and clean. Several rock here in my living room in Toronto, Canada are from rivers there. Hope you lassies popped into Fort William on your trip. Nevis Bakery has the best meat pies! CHEERS!!!

That road must get lots of traffic because the Coos didn't seem to be bothered by your car. I'm also imagining the starry night...
