I’m pretty sure the anxiety and depression is unironically autism mate…it’s what it ended up being for me after being told it was only chronic anxiety and manic depression lol
@@andrewryancomedy I don’t mean it to sound facetious either mate, it took them 4 years off assessing me properly through the NHS to decide that (apparently a private diagnosis won’t be accepted by a lot of GPS after the Panorama showing how it was a bit of a sham) I think you’ve the right idea though, channel it into art and comedy, it’s easier to laugh at ourselves than to take it all so seriously, but don’t let it become the old ‘sad clown’ cliché.
