- San Francisco is an expensive city to visit and live in so I've compiled a list of my top money saving tips for exploring San Francisco right while still on a budget.
THIS is exactly what I was looking for. I was able to get free tickets to the Academy of Arts and Science and the DeYoung Museum with our library card through Discovery. Thanks!!
Love it!

San Francisco is just like Seattle I spent time in Seattle to know this. Both cities have hills and the China towns are similar.
Super helpful bc I’m literally going to SF this weekend with very little money
All good suggestions but housing prices including rent makes all these ideas moot.
Yes, housing is probably the biggest shock for people.
can you recommend safe AIRBNB for solo woman traveler to San Fran?
Hi there! I can't give you a specific Airbnb as availability varies too much. What I can do is recommend specific neighborhoods you can look in. For first time visitors you can look in North Beach, Russian Hill, Telegraph Hill, Nob Hill, Marina, Pacific Heights, and even in the Financial District. This will put you within close range of the top attractions. Repeat visitors can go further abroad once they've mastered public transportation.
It’s kinda impossible but also possible
Lol, it all depends on your interpretation of what a budget is right??
