It's true that Vinnie intimidated United that day. But United stood up to them & won the game with an amazing volley from Cantona! I was lucky enough to be at the game & right behind the goal that he scored in (muscle). Why do people celebrate him kicking Cantona? Cantona was a great player who didn't go around kicking players. I miss the football from the 1990's - 2000's, but talent should also be appreciated, aswell as the physical side of the game.
No cantona just kicked fans !!!
@@christianwilks9548 Yeah, that's right. A lot of the loud mouthed wanna be hard men in the crowd are lucky that more players haven't given them a slap too!
It was ok when Keane was doing to it people tho weren’t it
@@rockybalboaitalianstallion5877 You know as well as I do that we all love players who can not only play but can also mix it up too. I actually liked Vinny as a player & don't recall slagging him off. But to seriously compare him to Keane as a player doesn't quite work does it. Vinny was harder than Roy & a better goalkeeper but Roy was head & shoulders above Vinny in every other department.
Yeh Elliott. A slap, tickle, and giggle‼️
2:03 absolute chad
Cantona was also a character ! I bet he was on his way to punch Jones. The other guys just knew it, that's why they came so quick ahaha .
This is Entertaining 👏👏 Big Up Vinnie Good passing plays And Even better Foul Technician
Lol if this was united players you would call them dirty cheats😂😂😂😂
Yeah, I remember this one where Vinnie Jones got warned for blows below the belt, not breaking from clinches and punching to the back of the head. He was also a professional footballer and an actor
Jones wanted them to retaliate.
They never did and kept their cool. There was one tackle that Jones put in on Cantona who then tried to stomp Jones.
I love watching the so called 'tough guys' Roy Keane and Paul Ince crapping themselves when they played against Vinny Jones ! Brilliant !
They did not crap them self. Ferguson clearly had them drilled to not react to anything. They won that game.
Cantona did lose his cool at one moment in that game and tried to stomp Jones. People are reading too much into all those Jones tackles.
Ince actually lost his cool once in that game and went charging into Jones only for him to ignore the charge.
Pure class from Jones.
Both artistic and elegant as they come.
lol
Lol if this was united players you would call them dirty cheats😂😂😂😂
I thaught that Keane was the baddest player of the premier but i changed idea!
Nope. Keane was a pussy until every other hard man left the game. Royston wouldn't have lasted 5 minutes in an average 70's and 80's game
Even Gerrard would have had Keane tbh
That's was keanes first season at united
That was Keane first season and he did not get a single red card that season.
No sabía hacer otra cosa.
0:28 see how much of a fanny big mouth Keane is when someone the same size actually quares up. Makes me laugh every time. Love it, come on Vinnie!!!!
Same size Vinnie was alot bigger and Keane was a kid really at the time
@@jdig1984 kid? He was 22
Same size my ass, Jones is 6ft 1 and Keane 5ft 10. All you had to do was use the same device you used to write your stupid comment to Google their heights before making said stupid comment.

It was his first Season at Utd. And Keane was crazy as hell of the pitch but not as wild on it at that point.
Ferguson would never have tolerated Keane behaving like a madman during that FA cup game. Utd did not win five titles at that point and were the champions the previous season for the first time in 26 years.
It's very effective, Tony. Not too subtle, but effective.
What a player! Pure class!
Very calm and polite player in MMA as they was playing that match
Kids, this game called football, many years ago it was very popular.
At least 3 reds...
Back when football was tough. Love it when the players don't roll around like imbeciles for 5 mins and go off on a stretcher. They just get up and get on with it
Oh my... He got big Iron balls playing so tough againts Keane and Cantona
'Fash the Bash' getting some action too
Looks like everyone on the pitch wanted to play wack it once
Ah the good old days…when you could kick someone square in the bollocks and stay on the pitch. 😂
A game similar only by name with modern game …..would love to see what VAR would have missed in these days .
God no, VAR ruined the game forever.
@@masters.1000 VAR and the offside rule change absolutely did.
Keane became a real kitten that day, he knew what's up, there's a bigger psycho on the pitch and that psycho is much tougher than he is.
Cantona and Keane, two "bad boys" of the game, acting like scared kittens around Jones. 😅
Keane was only 22 y/o this match. He became an aggressive player later in his career.
No idea why Cantona took it tho.
But they were actually proper footballers, whereas Vinnie was just an unhinged thug. Which has served him well, after he retired from “football”
Ince, cantona and keane...
@@ddd-sx7pw would still s*it his pants even in later years, Vinnie is different beast
@@ddd-sx7pw no ideia? Lmao
I remember in the early 90s walking into the Niche nightclub ; Sheffield and a geezer grabbed me I didn’t even know him and said “Vinnie Jones Oi it’s Vinnie Jones !” Then all his mates started shouting “ Oi Vinnie , Vinnie “ I just waved gave him a fake autograph after he pleaded with me and was mobbed and melted into the crowd 🤣
the niche LOL....the nightclub where to become the owner you merely have to knife the current owner to death, but dont expect to have the job long as it wont be long before *you* start feeling metal going in and out of you courtesy of the club's *next* owner......
same
The scissors tackle really was aimed at cutting you up Vinnie Jones style
United players looked cowed in this game. Either that or they had a Zen master in, no reaction from Keane, Cantona, Kanchelskis, Ince, Parker. Nice to see nobody wanting to look hurt. 90's the reason we all got so obsessed. I think Bruce, who was captain was the only player to really confront Jones (I think it was Bruce in after Cantona challenge), Same game had Cantona's great control and volley
keane a hard man, except wen vinnies on the pitch
Vinnie Jones against Eric Cantona is epic!!
vinnie had his own rules, and the F.A seemed to allow them, what a badass!!!
How on earth did he not get sent off?? He was performing WWE moves on them!!
Give over, he was fine
The ref was scared to do that
Jones using his head for once...
Love players like him
