Windows Autopilot Hybrid Azure AD Join Intune

How do i resolve an issue where the hybrid join profile works and enroll the device to intune but fails to assign the owner to the hybrid join profile in Entra
Two profiles get created in Entra but Owner is assigned to Entra Join profile but should be assigned to Hybrid Join Profile MDM is assigned to hybrid profile

please create a video hybrid domain join with Microsoft VPN and create a video for NDES server and create SCEP certificate
