Truly a great breakdown and explanation. I didn't expect you to show all the small details like joining the client machine to on-premise AD, but I appreciated it.
I learned a LOT from the entire series! Very well done, easy to follow, and I too love the fact you demonstrated some of the small details that if missed, can cause a lot of problems. I'm a subscriber, and I look forward to learning more from you!
Thank you. I am glad you found my contents helpful. F you want to learn On-premise Exchange and Hybrid, Plz refer to Exchange Server 2019+hybrid playlist.
I want to ask please, for training purposes, which subscription shall I buy? .. I have noticed that there is a school account to buy, so which account to buy, and with which features?
I followed the tutorial but the status AzureAdJoined still said NO. Is there something I need to check? Users are synced between Onprem and cloud but not devices.
If I'd like to test this with a few machines before rolling to the org, how can I do that if I already have been syncing machines in AD Connect? It seems if I isolate AD Connet to a single OU, it deletes all the other entries in Azure.
I have devices connected to on-premise AD still the tasks for Automatic Device Join shows disabled, i have checked multiple devices and its the same. If i manually enable the task it sync.. Any suggestions
very nice video! i have an issue is my PC1 under attribute the user certificate is EMPTY! although its joined to AD DS and did similar your steps!! any help tips
Ok. This is great. How about machines that are already on the OnPrem domain? What if I have 100 machines. Does this mean I'll have to disconnect and rejoin the domain in order for these machines to get Azure AD hybrid Joined?
No, it will be joined to BOTH. You'll still log onto the PC's as per normal and it will validate logins via local on-prem AD. It uses the Hybrid Azure verification when accessing O365/Cloud based services ie Intune etc
If you have devices joined to on-premise domain, you can make them hybrid Azure AD joined. If you want to only register those devices with Azure AD, you first need to de-register them from on-premise domain and then register with Azure AD. I hope this answers your question.
Thanks for this great video! I have a problem on my environment. After domain Join from Intune i can`t login to my VM and got the error: Your domain is not available!! Please HELP

Will a .local domain work?
once your device is hybrid joined are you able to sign into the machine with you azure ad credentials?
Hi Omar, you are correct.
I really would not ever edit the default domain policy, best practice is to create a new GPO and edit that. Otherwise a good video
