Back in 96-97 Bianchi turned out a cx frame and fork from there Raparto Corsa shop which were lugged but very similar to Brandons bike. the model had a sticker on the drive side chain stay that said cross project usa , the tube set was Dedacciai Zero Uno. Really a great race bike right up there with the Gazelle Champion Mondial cx. Cheers.
I’m no Bianchi expert, but I can’t help but have doubts about the validity of that “Bianchi”. Non original paint, a couple decals and a head badge , looks suspicious to me. But that Pinarello is awesome.

Thanks! Brakes are Tektro R559. They have a long reach and handle the smaller wheel no problem.
