Great video! As someone who values security, I think it’s so important that we take steps to protect our identities, especially in today’s digital age.

You need to contact your state Secretary of State. This is to ensure you are getting the most accurate information. I always say there are 50 states and 50 sets of rules. I hope this helps. Happy New Year!!

This is what i found from Internet:
Yes, a notary can create their own e-notary seal, but it must comply with the legal requirements of their state. Each state in the U.S. has specific guidelines for e-notary seals, including what information they must contain and how they should be securely affixed to electronic documents.
Steps to Create an E-Notary Seal:
      Understand Your State Requirements:
Check your state's laws regarding e-notarization and e-seals.
Requirements typically include your name, commission number, state of commission, and commission expiration date.
      Use an Approved Vendor:
Many states require e-seals to be created through approved vendors or systems.
Vendors ensure seals meet legal standards, are tamper-evident, and can be securely applied to documents.
      Design Your Seal:
If your state allows custom e-seals:
Use graphic design software or online tools to create the seal.
      Include all required information.
Ensure the design is professional and legible.
      Secure Your Seal:
E-notary seals must be secure and tamper-proof.
Use digital certificate technology or encryption to protect the seal.
Your seal must be affixed using an approved e-notary platform (e.g., DocuSign, Notarize).
      Register the Seal (if required):
Some states require notaries to submit their e-seal for approval or registration with the Secretary of State.
      Use Approved Software:
To perform e-notarizations, use state-approved platforms that support e-notary seals and ensure compliance with laws.
      Key Points to Remember:
Not all states permit e-notarization, so ensure your state allows it.
Unauthorized use of an e-seal or failure to comply with state laws can result in penalties or revocation of your commission.
Your e-notary seal must always be accompanied by your digital signature and any other required authentication. If you’re unsure about the process, consult your state’s notary division or a trusted vendor specializing in e-notarization services.
