I wish all Indians knew how diverse our country is. People often hailing from the North East region are discriminated by the mainlanders making them feel like outsiders.
So are south indians. Mainlanders think they are the india and they think any community problems they face in northern indian is same as souht and northeat. Plus we need more northeast people come to south and south people go to north east, but language is the issue that pose obstacle. We need more exchange opportunities in education sector. ❤

Part of it is also in Bengal, and the floating islands are in Manipur.
India’s geography is as diverse as its culture, from the towering Himalayas in the north to the vast coastline of the Indian Ocean. Its unique features shape its climate, biodiversity, and economic potential, making it a fascinating study in World Geography.
Much high praise for the disclaimer
This felt like a revision to 10th grade geography, tbh almost all of us have studied about our country’s geography, along with continents like Africa , Europe and extensively about Australia and New Zealand as well
05:15 ff ... I was born and brought up in ML-05 Weiloi Mawsynram Constituency, Shillong City. The heaviest RAIN, clouds, fog are 😪😭 super disturbing. during winter, the thick ice is a nuisance. what a suffering but No other choice.
Your disclaimer and selection of maps are much appreciated, as some UA-camrs shows misleading stuffs
Western ghats are blessing in Monsoon, keeping the rains out of the deccan region. Mumbai region exceeds 2,500-3000mm annual while deccan cities like pune Bangalore satara just 500-800mm.
without western ghats might had amazon like forest 😁😁😁
Hats off to you sir...using the correct terms while showing our border... appreciate your knowledge 🇮🇳🇮🇳
Indian here. I really liked the idea of giving a disclaimer about borders. Everyone else uses the wrong(yep, straight up wrong) maps.
Fantastic breakdown of geography 👏👏
We need more videos on INDIA🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳 भारत
Despite humorous innocent mispronunciations, this is a well made video. Keep it up.
Great content and well explained
A very well made video!
cheers!🍻
the fact that India was a different tectonic plate millions of years ago and still the land is a country is so cool .........................
Very amazing facts , the best part what I liked about your explanation was comparison of Indian places with worlds other place for eg : Us city delaware and then the rainfall comparison with European zone
Perfect factual explanation 🙌👏🏻🙌
Wow beautiful place
Yes it is, come and 🙈
I'm a geography nut. I heartily enjoyed this video.
Wonderfull video ❤.
There are actually 6 geographical features of India. 5 of them are covered in this video (Himalayas, northern plains, Deccan plateau, the desert and islands). The 6th feature is the costal plains.
Right, I tried to cover the coastal plains in the Deccan section
Cool to learn a little geography of many of our new arrivals.
Great compilation
So beautifull landscape, nice video and helpful. Thanks for your sharing
Very nicely made video.. excellent work
I’m really impressed with your videos! Thanks for the fantastic educational content! 😍📚
Here in India, 'J' is not pronounced as 'Yu'
It's not KANCHAN-YUNG-GA
It's simply Kanchan-jung-ga... The J is pronounced as the J in jocker
And it lies in Nepal
@@sumittamang4579
Lmao nope. People climb Kanchenjunga from Indian side. There's a reason nobody says Everest is in China, because you can only climb from Nepal. For this same reason, Kanchenjunga is India first and shares a border with Nepal.
@@xijinpig8982 yes it shares the border half of it in Nepal's side half in Indian side so the location should be both india and nepal
@@sumittamang4579
Again you can only climb it from Indian side.
Nope, kanchenjunga is climbed from Nepal's side. It has been so for a while. Indian govt doesn't allow the indian route due to it being a holy mountain. @@xijinpig8982
This is one place I would not get enough of.
It may be better to title this video "The Geography of the Indian subcontinent". That way you are eliminating any explicit bias, which will help your concern expressed at 0:48. (Just a suggestion)
At 1:20 you have excluded POK which is a part of India I request you kindly correct that
I made a disclaimer about that, I request you kindly watch that part again
India suffered thousand of years of destruction and division by Muslim and British compare to China suffered only century of humiliation. 5000 years of continuous civilization still survived side by side as old Delhi and New Delhi. India itself is the world complete with diverse cultures and geography. Visiting India could be life altering experience.
dayumm man thats so informatic. thanks a lot brother love from Nepal or Nepol as you guys say.
Lovely , Reliable & peaceful South India.
F**k regionalism. Bharatam is supreme. India is greater than the sum of its parts.
There's only one India.
currently in India and fell in love!
Im from maharashtra and the biggest and holiest river in maharashtra is godavari is also called has southern ganga or dakshin ganga
Thank for the informative video content 🙏 ❤ luv from ind
What a remarkable country full of diversity and past civilized greatness set in stone. It's hard to grasp the size of the population when you consider it's a democracy. Worth watching well done
Surprised not to mension about river cauvery which makes rice bowl of South India specialy state of tamilnadu and grand dam in kallanai constructed 2500 years back.
This channel has great information!
9:57 Goa isn't a city
Recently Modi went to Lakshadweep and people started to go to Lakshadweep more
You seriously had brain damage
Not started yet. You need to get permission.
Good.

Yes
I would love to visit India someday. Love to see the amazing people of diverse background and all the variety of amazing food and culture :) ❤❤
So what about the huge part between the Ganghes plains and the Deccan??
Central plateau and chota nagpur plateau
The Ganges plain is larger than shown. The thar is also larger, and between the two are Vindhyas and Satpura ranges and Narmada valley.
It's an extension of the Ganges Plain, on Google maps the state of Madhya Pradesh. These are tributary rivers of the Ganga that don't start in the Himalayas but start at a mountain range in Central India called the Vindhyas, and these rivers rely solely on rain and no glaciers.
Very informative and almost exhaustive description of India in short time span.
will you do geography of Indonesia?
Thanks a lot. Awesome representation of my country
Nice disclaimer, not sure if it will placate the CCP😂
Very interesting, the entirety of my knowledge of India pretty much comes from Shantaram. My wife and I hope to visit in a few years time
Supremely well done. Thx for the information.
Amazing video!
Good to see the disclaimer about disputed territories
India is a diamond shaped region!! And each side you see geographical diamonds! Rich, rich, rich!
You miss out my homeland regions of North East India also known as Arakan Yoma Or South eastern extension of himalayas in India.. Having several chain of low and medium mountain ranges with pockets of valleys
I wish all Indians knew how diverse our country is. People often hailing from the North East region are discriminated by the mainlanders making them feel like outsiders.
Truee
So are south indians. Mainlanders think they are the india and they think any community problems they face in northern indian is same as souht and northeat. Plus we need more northeast people come to south and south people go to north east, but language is the issue that pose obstacle. We need more exchange opportunities in education sector. ❤
I would love to visit. Looks and sounds incredible
great video thanks. I need to visit.. 27 years living and travellling in 42 countries, and I've not seen teh Himalayas yet! well, maybe some foothills.. but India is calling me!
Well come to our ❤ INDIA
Very well arranged explanation.
India has a good geography
THANK YOU FOR SHARING THESE AMAZING FACTS
Great video as always!
Correct me if i'm wrong, I think there are 14 not 13 8000 and Kanchenjunga has been climbed. The tallest unclimbed is Gangkhar Puensum
It has been climbed until a few meters short of the summit. Of course we don't know if every climber respects this rule but theoretically it is still in place
Very well researched video. Kudos. 👏
