While Robin Williams started performing stand-up comedy in the mid-’70s, most of America first fell in love with him as the naïve and hilarious alien from the planet Ork in Mork & Mindy. He became an instant superstar and went on to do five HBO stand-up specials and dozens of feature films. Robin performed steadily for nearly four decades-from comedy clubs to stadiums, from talk shows to USO tours-and continually amazed audiences with his frenetic energy and unbelievably quick wit.

Pam Dawber still looks lovely at 68. I loved watching Mork & Mindy when I was a kid. Robin Williams was one of my favorite celebrities.
I remember making sure I had nothing on Thursday evenings just so I could watch Mork and Mindy
wow!! i'm only 13 and mork and mindy is one of my favourite shows, it has got me through some dark moments with it's light hearted comedy and funny storylines. thank you robin williams , for all the laughs

I was so shocked to hear of his suicide. I followed him since my early 20s. I loved him, he never failed to bring me to tears of hilarity! He is greatly missed by this lifetime fan. My sincerest best wishes for his wife and family..
