    Thank you so much! I cleared the CSA this Monday mourning at the first attempt,and your tutorial really makes everything so clear. I’ll say the exam difficulty level is about your practice questions level, but I’ll recommend going for more difficult stuffs you can find online to boost up the confidence level.

    Really excellent series! I have watched all the 40 videos of this series, as a part of my preparation for the CSA certification exam. Very well made, Pritham. So professional. Your methodology of explaining the concepts, is top class!! Thank you very much.
    Now that I have completed this series and intend to take the certification exam, soon, any words of advice or tips that might be helpful for the same? Are there more videos specifically focussed on the examination / certification? Kindly advice please!

      For exam preparation i would suggest you that you need to make sure you have clear idea on each and every topic which are part of the exam so for that make sure not just watching you are practicing these things in your PDI!
      And off course as you already a member of my channel so you already have access of 135+ questions for CSA exam preparation!
      This would definitely help you to clear your exam 🤓

    Great Video. Could you please tell me in the Who will receive section if I wanted to fetched the value from a field how can I do that. Suppose I have a field called requester (which is a reference field using sys_user table) and I want to send email to them notifying that the issue is now being processed how can I do that.

      Hey !!
      So in that case you have to first choose the table on the top (in which the notification will trigger) .
      Then in the who will receive tab look for the requester field (reference) you will see a small + icon, which will help you to expand the reference field and then you can easily choose email field from the sys_user table.

      To add CC and BCC values to a ServiceNow notification, you need to use a "Notification Email Script".

      But for the time being make sure you have 1) Clear understanding of each and every topic which are part of ServiceNow Administrator.
      2) You practiced each of the configuration set up process in your PDI. 3) Good knowledge on User administration, CMDB and ACL 🤓
