There are times when I became so obsessed with longevity. I cycle 2 hours a day. Eat well. Suppliment, etc. Then I remember that my nana died at 90, a 40 a day smoker and drinker who had 10 children and no husband, lived in poverty all her life, utilised a chip fryer for every meal, caught cancer twice and beat it, had both breasts removed. Essentially said she "gives up as I cant be bothered anymore" and then died of old age.
Then theres my friend, lived amazingly in a nice house, money, food, excersice. Died of a heart attack, death ruled as "without cause" no drugs or alcohol or predisposed issues.
Life is brutal.

Funny how the fitness industry picks and chooses guys to hype up individually. Larry wheels had his moment, MPMD had his moment, Jujimufu had his moment.. now it's Sam Sulek's turn. Not saying these guys wont be successful going forward, but the way the "fitness influencer" industry works is one in one out.. and quick. Days of hyper growth for all guys could be over but who knows.. p.s i love all those creators.
Well a lot of these guys moved on on their own accord. Larry decided to come off gear and stop lifting ultra heavy, Derek decided to focus on his businesses. It's a good life for them all

Best sources are always research papers. Excersise is the biggest, sleep, not eating sugar, don't smoke. Sauna has some promise. Resveratrol has shown promise.
