I can relate a bit to you, broke my ankle few weeks ago and for anyone else here going through the same.. First thing you need to do is go to a doctor. I did the mistake of just bearing the pain and go on with everything i felt that was more important. But guess what nothing is more important than your health.. We learn this lesson only after losing it😁. And yes eating properly, not skipping the healthy balanced diet will play pivotal role in healing. It definitely gets better with rest and propper diet and time.

I am in the same situation. I broke my ankle two weeks ago. I had to have surgery to repair it so now I’m in the healing process. Spring is here everyone is out enjoying the weather and I’m inside waiting to heal enough to get a walking cast. It’s so frustrating.😩

Thank you for this video and all the comments . I just fractured my fibular yesterday falling on the stairs in my house and have never had to go through something like this before and it’s been scary and emotionally draining . I'm grateful for your willingness to share medical information; it's greatly appreciated. Recently, I experienced an incident where someone unexpectedly pushed me from behind while I was walking. This caused me to fall, and my face made contact with the concrete. Thankfully, my cheek and jaw bones remain unharmed. However, the bones surrounding my eye socket sustained fractures. The doctor examined the head CT scan and provided me with this information. I'm fortunate to have received news that surgery won't be required in this situation. At present, I'm in search of reliable insights into the assured healing process for fractured bones. During my search, I came across a video that seems relevant.

Help! I had a complex fracture of my wrist almost 3 months ago. Bone not healing as I would hope. Diagnosed with osteoporosis. I have had 2 surgeries - one to put in a titanium rod (which came off the bone) and a second surgery to remove the rod and put in another temporary rod on the other side of my radius bone. I have been daily active all of my life. I eat healthy. I take handfuls of quality supplements. I meditate. What can I do? PRP? Stem cells?’

Thank you so much! We have been boosting most of these, but I have not been focusing much on iron intake. I also have heard that glucosamine and chondroitin does not help. Now I will know to look more into that. Mike works in construction. One of his coworkers broke his hip and he is back working now eight months later.
#1- orange juice every day, or something else like lemon juice, homemade vinegrette, spaghetti pasta homemade
#2- mushrooms 2-3 times a week, at least 2-4 ounces if choosing baby Bella. We used to buy button, crimini, or white. We also now like oyster, shiitake, and endoki (spelling?).
#3- Vitamins on days without an “e” in it: vitamin c (two types), vitamin D = 3 pills
#4- vitamins on days with an “e” in it: same, except substitute vitamin D for mineral pill with a higher magnesium and zinc percentage rather than calcium (to prevent hypercalcemia associated with party foods). My Favorite source of calcium is homemade tahini just sesame seeds and water. I added it to spaghetti sauce last night and it was actually surprisingly good. Mike also loves broccoli so much!= 5 pills.
#5- greens added to as many meals as possible
He started noticing a difference in pain in less than a week, as opposed to previously we focused just on Rest Ice Compression Elevation.

Bell Bell, he is in his 30s. The doctor said that he should wait until he is at least 50 to get surgery because range of motion will be limited after surgery. As an update, he started taking sheep’s wool and eggshell supplement and we try to both drink grapefruit juice as much as possible. We bought a knee brace for after work/down time and we also do cold and heat. I try to encourage him to take Tylenol, but he is pretty weary of that stuff. I hope that helps =)

By the way, I applied everything when breaking 2 bones of my food and getting a surgery and the doctors were astonished with how fast did I recover from it. Now, that might be due to many other causes: age, the kind of fracture that I had, genetics or who knows what else. Anyway, in case you're thinking about it, it won't hurt trying.

@@CJEA There's free consultation in some public hospitals. Example in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija. Just be patient because you need to wait for your turn. Your injury should be checked by a doctor. Their opinions matter. Medication and other treatment follow and with these, you may ask assistance from your family, relatives, friends, government and non-government organizations. Small things when summed up can be a great thing! God bless you.

it really depends on the individual - some people cant tolerate dairy or nuts or beans . When you eat foods that trigger more inflammation in your body it can delay healing. But EVERYone is so unique and different. There is no one size fits all, its important to personalize your approach to nutrition and work with qualified professionals to help you do so well.
