SO Razgulya comes in 2 kinds : the crunchy fry kind and the soft boiled kind! both looks tasty ! this is probably my 1st view of Indian aweets! must try it ! thanks!
Is that "rock" a sack of concrete mix that they got wet until it solidified? I'll bet it stinks pretty bad from all the liquids it has soaked up over the years and fermented in there.

And yes they should be wearing surgical or plastic gloves while handling food. Also, the cooking area needs a thorough scrub down with bleach to clean and disinfect. An American Health Inspector would close these people down in a heartbeat. Oh, one other thing...how do they keep mice and rats out of their supplies and food?
