Anyways... thank you so much Chief Nurse! (if you aren't, you must be promoted!) I really do! Muchas muchas gracias!!
Attention! after penetration - before injection you need to aspirate by negative pressure. if there is no blood you can inject the medicine inside muscle. Very helpful video .
this is actually outdated information and can cause more trauma....Don't take my word for it do some research yourself but aspirating isn't necessary hence why she didn't say it
I was given by my pharmacy a 3ml syringe with an 18gauge needle attached already and was told to use this setup for BOTH drawing out my testosterone and injecting into my muscle. Would that be okay to do?
This maybe silly but I am not flexible enough to use 2 hands. So doing it myself one handed kind of scares me, especially if i want to alternate left and right as I am not left handed.
Please could you explain about the decision not to aspirate? For me this is the biggest problem with self-injecting - if I aspirate like most informational videos state, then the additional "fiddling" leads to more muscle pain in the injection site. If I don't have to aspirate, that's very good news for my next run of 8 weeks(!) of self-administered injections! But I'd like to understand what risks I might be taking.

This is the by far most helpful video to self administer... well in the name of Jesus here i go
Howd it go? I'm about to self inject my depo shot lol
How’d it go? 🧐😓
I agree its the best vid on yt explaining that. Ok, let's do this

I agree that this is one of the best IM self-injection videos out there
Thank you! The best, most useful video I have seen on this subject.
One of the best IM injection videos I've seen.
thanks. this is my favorite video to instruct patients on giving IM injection
Thank you! This sure beats the shaky nervous slow plunge into my thigh that I've been going with for the first few weeks. Today was a game changer.😬
My best video on this topic I have ever seen. The tutorial is so good I watch it over... Very helpful. Well done 👍❤
Thanks so much for this useful video.. today I injected myself after watching the video and finally succeeded 😌
These instructions helped me. I can now administer my B12Mic shots without issues. ❤
The best video…I’m about to give myself the shot
Omg I did it! I can’t believe it! Thank you!
Thank you. I watched a few videos but after seeing your video here I felt so much more confident and did the shot.
How was it?! Lmao I need to do it too lol
It wasn't half as bad as I thought it was going to be!
God bless you,you guys are life-savers
Just gave myself my first shot holy crap. Very helpful also very strange to put a 1.5 inch needle through your cheek
1.5” ugh. I switched to 1” but I use my thighs
The best video ever watched

Very informative, just one question. If you have a medicine that is on the bile and the medicine is for 5 days what do you do to the bile?
THANK YOU! now i dont need to wait 6 hours just to get a depo shot!
watching this for my deposhot too i am terrified
Can’t thank you enough for this 🙏🏾
I am going to try this !!!
Thank you director mam.
thank you very mush
Thank You!
Thank you so much
Very good video
Thank you .
why didn't they aspirate it before injecting?
Thanks a lot
Shite site 3:34 , gave me a giggle. Excellent video, thank you!
Thank you
Is this a dorsogluteal or ventrogluteal?
Best video

Well done. Nice target, too.
Nice video
My thumb feels the hip bone...? Not sure if Im doing it right
Ugh, I was prescribed Lupron and idk if I have the stomach to self inject
what gauge needle?
Is this B12 amp injection?
So you inject roughly where the tip of your thumb lands? That's maybe the most helpful targeting tip I've seen

Im flexible enough but still sared of injecting niddle in wrong spot
I know, I would like to know what to do too
well do it in quads
No checking for a vein hit?

I kinda bled a lot after doing this. Normal?
Why most people don't prefer injection area as thighs?
I'll just shoot it I to my leg. I would need a few years of Yoga to do it this way. Great video though.
So you are injecting only 2 ml. Lucky one
👍
Why didn't you aspirate before making the injection?

Believe if or not it was removed from the protocol. I still do it as I've entered a vein on more than one occasion. Why take the risk?
Thats old school now!
You didnt aspirate
idk.. that's that needle looks scary as fuck... I'm gonna die... that's it, it's the end for my ass
That didn't look like a MML though....
I am not sure where you are on the backside. I can't tell where the waist is, nor where side to side.
I suppose the hand in the back pocket will have to do. Also, I noted that you didn't aspirate first. Is it ok to skip that?

😂😂😂

U should aspirate before injecting to make sure its away from nerves
Aspirating normally is to check you’re not injecting into a vein. Normally that won’t be the case for IM
