Fantastic video! The MidLife community never fails to show up and show out!! Mookie and Darren with the big pickups at the end. Darren’s Ty Cobb green portrait card is next level!
Thanks Graig for sharing this month’s community pick ups. I saw several people picking up a card that I’m hoping to save up for to get next year - the 55 Hank Aaron if I’m only missing that in his rookie for a regular playing days run. I picked up several lesser priced/lower grade personal HOF RC grail cards this month as early birthday presents, so hopefully I can share them for next month video. Thanks again for the content!
That was a lot of great cards! I know that I will not own most of these, so very grateful to see the wide variety of mostly vintage pick ups. Thanks to all for sharing your pick ups! Thanks Graig for putting this together for us!!!
Wow!! Some really nice pickups this month everyone. Thanks for putting this together Graig. I always look forward to seeing this video. My pickup was the well centered 1948 Leaf Sammy Baugh RC in a SGC 4 for a steal at $400. I am so proud to add that to my collection as I am sure everyone here is as well of their Monthly pickup.
Hi Graig! I love watching these episodes. Thanks for showing and for the kind words about my Reggie Jackson rookie. Take care and have a great weekend, my friend!
Enjoyed the AMAZING August purchases from the group. Thanks for sharing! AND, The picture submitted by Darren of his Green Cobb does not do that card justice. Probably one of the nicest green cobbies you will EVER see.
Great cards as always. Your Dad's Kaline looks so much better than a 5. David hit a home run on that Red Heart Mantle - looks better than most 8s. Not one but two Mathewson Dark Caps and 2 beautiful Jack Johnson's (the color on Keith's is amazing) - good things came in pairs. Rob that Jackson 6 is sick - what a beauty. The Yaz Rookie and Clemente rookies are amazing looking 2s. Love Jason Cs '56 Feller and Scott's '66 Sayers Rookie. The '66 Clemente Venezuela is too good to be a 1 the backs are usually awful - bette than a 1 for sure. Big fan of that E98 Mack that Andy bought. Matthew congrats on the '69 from your dad makes that card one to always appreciate. Graig thanks as always for taking the time to put this together and thanks for the kind words about my '58 Hires Root Beer set.
😃👍. Thanks for your generous comment on my Topps Gold Label Roger Clemens card. I will improve my pictures next time. It is very cool that you do this for your killer community. So many nice cards! I loved this video! - Heather
5 bucks for a 1964 Topps Roberto Clemente?! Wow. Really good deal. I mean there, is a chance if they were to submit for grading, should they go that route. That it could come back, as ''authentic.'' But a good deal nonetheless.
Jealous when I see two early Kalines! I just won an auction for a 1963, which will give me all his Topps base cards 1963 through the end of his career in 1974. (Also have 1960.) Chipping back as I work on Tigers team sets.
Another month of amazing pickups by the Midlife community. To answer your question yes, the foul pole down the right field line is named for Johnny Pesky (the Pesky pole).
Woo hoo! That's my Sandy Koufax auto. Thanks for including!
Thanks for submitting it. Awesome card!!
Congrats to everyone on their pick-ups! Appreciate you including my '64 Kahn's and, as always, thanks for doing this for the community, Graig.
Thanks for submitting it. Awesome card.

Hi Graig, Is the pro skater that you knew from your childhood Stefan Janowski? (He's our age and from Vacaville.)
Yes. I was friends with Stefan for several years. We played u7 baseball together. Somewhere I have a team picture with both of us on the same team.
