Hi! 1. Clean with sandpaper and tight the battery contacts "+" and " -" Try to start the Engine 2. Find a socet wrench and try to turn the crankshaft by hand ( to be sure that it is not blocked) 3. Find the Starter, where is an disconnect and reconnect the cables. Try to start the Engine 4. Cnock gently on the Starter, because the electrical brushes could stuck up Try to start the Engine 5. Dismount the Starter and check how it functions. The Coil, the Magnets and Brushes must be checked aswell. I see the Engine is suspisiosly cleaned (by waterblast), if so, any electrical problems are not far away . Good luck!

Any major parts when replacing your engine. Majority of the time it will not last as long so go brand new and oem. Unless your budget says otherwise.
