Hi Cibele, this is at the centre of Havana - so called "Paseo del Prado" and this video is from 3 years ago, but i remember that usually each Friday after 14:-00-15:00 there are street dances right at the Paseo del Prado close to Sevilla hotel. Good luck and have fun :)
