    I wouldn't consider it an early retirement. Some people who retire at 65 have worked fewer total hours than Marco did by the time he was 33.

    I have heard him talk about his early retirement stories in so many other videos online. Despite hearing it repeatedly, my respect for this man doesn't get any smaller

    So it's more for his own sense of integrity rather than for money. That's fascinating and also quite admirable to be able to decide to live on your own terms like that. How he can take money out of the picture... Respect!

    what a great chef! Michelin stars are just a title, he is still the best chef whether he keeps those or give them up.
