I wonder how many people actually start playing Genshin Impact because of amazing fansongs like this. I feel like this would be more likely to get me into a game than an actual commercial would
Clearly it's not zero, or else they wouldn't pay people to make stuff like this.
I saw a crazy statistic that 90% of the money that these gatcha games make goes back into marketing. Most of it's presented as if it's organic and community-driven when it's not. They pay people to make everything from fanart and cosplay to character guides; that's why there's a link to download the game in the description of the video, lol.
It is a commercial. Only reason it works is because you already liked Fabvl.
Dont matter the character Fabvl always goes harder than any competion 🙏

This is such a fantastic and inspiring song. The lyrics, especially in the chorus, are such an amazing portrayal of Mavuika's character. Adding in the Natlan theme at the very end was chef's kiss. You always put out great music, and I'm so glad I got to see you apply your talent and skill to this brilliant character from one of my favorite games.

Everything about this is absolutely perfect! From the video itself (Jeup is a fucking badass). To the production and mixing and mastering (Fabvl and Lee). To the verses with Fabvl's incredible and versatile voice, I swear to God he can never sound bad on any beat. To Kee with her beautiful voice on the chorus, this is my first time hearing her and she was such a good pick for the chorus. Everything in this song kept me hooked from start to finish. Not many songs give me legit goosebumps, this one did! It was fantastic.
