Nice! I think if that other armor with energy protection can be imbued with fire it would do great here. A rainbow amulet and energized limb to get even more protection could probably make it even safer. And of course if you can afford gnome helmet that would help too.
Rainbow neckalce is 3% physical and 6% fire.
Melee damage hurts, but 20% fire resistance on magma amulet should outweigh rainbow amulet for survivability.
Rainbow necklace is a good oovertime budget alternative when you got enough fire resistance elsewhere. Or when you are high enough level to need that much protection anymore. Though at some point you just want to go for theUrgy amulet for 3 extra mlvl. So the window for rainbow necklace is maybe 50 levels.
You don't want to use energized limb unless you don't auto target. Because fire damage reflects back.

Hi, blister ring offers no physical protection. Prism ring gives 10% physical AND 10% energy protection. Energy helps vs the spiders and tharnatursus.
Also given you have stacked a lot of fire protection, the 6% of the blister ring actually become less effective. Restistances are not added together flat. 6% and 6% and 15% become not 27%. Instead 1- (0.94 * 0.94 * 0.85) becomes 24.89% protection. In this scenario the blister ring just adds an extra 4.8%!
Blister ring is a good budget option for when you don't need prismatic ring anymore. E.g. after lvl 350 probably it is fine to use blister. If trapped swap to prism/might rings shortterm.

That's what I play for. I enjoy the challenge. And from my pov I'm lucky if I get a random combo :p You only die if you path poorly or lag.

Life leech has to be on the armor. Fire defence on the shield.
Not really 150% tho. thats 225%
But then again take 4.5kk * 1.5 and you will find the actual peak exp to be even higher ;) (7kk+)
