My mother gave birth to me when she was 14 years old. I praise God that she didn't abort me just because I would have potentially made her life harder.

@@AbolitionistsRising it would probably shock these people how my life turned out...college grad, married with 3 children, work fulltime and a born again Christian who loves Jesus and spreading the gospel. We don't all turn out so bad.
These same people will also claim it would have been a mercy to kill you because your life would be hard. They just make wild assumptions.
Our neighbor knew her actual grandma as mom, and knew her mother as her big sister up until her grandma was on her death bed just a few years ago. The age gap is about the same and she was in her 60's when the facts came out. She is a wonderful woman, grateful for the choice of her mother and to be alive.
Your mother had a heart and a conscious and I presume a lot of love. Not everyone’s life goes exactly as planned. But making a difficult situation worse by committing murder is never right. I have a friend who is in her mid 40s and pregnant with her fourth child (unplanned), she will have her baby and although it won’t be easy, it will be 1000% worth it.
My wife is pregnant with our first clump of cells. I'm crossing my fingers that its human cause we already have a dog, cat and several goldfish.
I can't wrap my head around these people.

How to (supposedly) strengthen your argument:
1. Make sure you are louder than your opponent.
2. Swear at them and do lots of name calling.
3. Middle finger. Highly effective.
4. Walk away like a boss.
Don't forget making one argument, then instantly jumping to different extreme like SA when that first argument instantly falls through.

I hate when people bring up the point about kids born from incestuous relationships. My cousin was adopted/ fostered by my aunt her entire life. She was a gorgeous child. Her father was her grandfather. Until the abortion debate, I never knew that these kids were suppose to be so objectionable.
they are not 'objectionable' if actually born and raised by loving parents / other family. However, the average incest victim isn't eager to be impregnated by her abuser. Most folks support the option to choose in that situation, as opposed to making abortion illegal even in those cases.

That woman is not being truthful. I live in Texas as well as being a registered nurse in Texas for over 40 years. No woman that has a miscarriage will be jailed in Texas for a miscarriage.
It's not that she's not being truthful. This is likely what's going on: she heard/read an absurdly biased "report" on the Texas law that made wildly inaccurate representations on what the law actually does. Because whatever she heard/read confirmed her preexisting biases, she uncritically accepted it as true and repeats it as such.

That is what you call a Freudian slip. She knows it's a baby, but doesn't want to acknowledge it because that makes her feel guilty for her position of thinking people should be allowed to kill it, so she pretends it's not a baby. However, this guy came and the truth of his words made her worldview crumble around her. She was afraid that if he kept talking, that she wouldn't be able to support abortion with a clean conscience if he kept talking, because the more he talked, the more sense he made. She wsuch a panic to try and shut him up, that she accidentally told us what she really thinks.

Why do most women feel soul crushing guilt and regret after an abortion if it's the gold standard of care and not morally wrong or questionable?
what you are basing this on? First-hand experience? No one ever claims that abortion is a breeze, it's usually a hard decision, just like any decision made in the light of an accidental / unwanted pregnancy.
@wylierichardson-tu6zs yes I do actually speak to a lot of people who are reeling from abortion in my work. And I haven't spoken to any who haven't had some major emotional damage from going through with the procedure.
Most of the women I've spoken to say they had no idea it would feel as bad and they thought they would have some support after... but there is no support for the women after the abortion. They have to come find places like where I work. And even then we aren't allowed to be completely honest with them about abortion. I'd lose my job if I was honest 100.percent.
@@ajolleyduck2933 you are being vague here about what 'work' you are doing, tho. If it's a mental health field, that means that a woman who feels post-abortive regret is far more likely to seek out that service than someone who is basically ok with their experience.
@wylierichardson-tu6zs that's true. I've also never met any woman who expresses positive feelings towards getting an abortion. I've never heard about an acquaintance or anything feeling joyful and whole afterwards.
I only see positive feelings expressed from the very obviously unwell people online. And it's not just in my job. It's in my personal life in recovery where I hear women discuss their story in brutal honesty. I've never heard a woman discuss an abortion, ever, period with anything but regret, sadness, and a deep "what if I did things different?" Burned into them.
You can choose to think I'm talking from a stupid, unknowledgeable place.... but I'd suggest looking into it. If I'm wrong, you get a good laugh at my expense, right?
I'd say it's similar, to a much lesser degree, to how detransitioners feel and how the majority of people who do that feel a great bit of regret and even betrayal, like they were lied to by everyone around them.
I also speak from personal experience... I was sold on all this pro choice nonsense 😒 for so long. I've also allowed myself to get caught up in essentially medical sales campaigns and let myself put my own interests and health on the backburner because I trusted my doctors.
I was pro choice but then this happened: When I saw my first child, it was a scan to gauge how far along the pregnancy was.
It was around 7 weeks I think. On the ultrasound scan the fetus looked like a small green bean. However, clear as day was its heartbeat, boy was was it pounding fast to keep itself going. No one can say that a fetus is not alive.
My first born is 16 years old now.
You are another Mom who chose life when you saw your babies heart beating on the ultrasound. There are several pro-life ministries that offer ultrasounds to mothers considering abortion. Currently, 80% of the mothers who see their baby on an ultrasound choose life for their baby. God bless you and your family!!
@@countryjoe3551 I'm the dad actually lol! But yes I can see how that percentage is so high after seeing an ultrasound. The arguement for a fetus not being alive becomes extremely difficult.

They do actually say this now. There have been segments on some of these day time shows (Oprah, The View, etc.) where they had an expert on saying that ultrasounds are faked and that the heart beat is added in to convince women not to abort. They actually think ultrasounds are a pro-life conspiracy.
@@petehobson1054just as an interesting aside, roe v wade was passed BEFORE ultrasound came out. Dr. Bernard Nathanson was one of main men behind lobbying to get it passed. He performed thousands of abortions. Within a few years, the ultrasound came out, and he performed his first ultrasound guided abortion, and saw that the baby would wiggle away trying to run from the forceps. This changed his mind from staunchly for abortion to against it, and to his dying breath he spoke of how they mislead the American people to get abortion rights in law.

Well, and even more tragic, I've heard most modern "philosophy" courses do not really teach philosophy itself but are really just "history of philosophy" courses, instead (*which may be necessary, but is not the same thing).
That lady was a bit hyped up at the start but she was engaging in open discussion with the anti-abortion guy. Something to keep in mind is everyone stopping to talk has places to be maybe a job or an obligation, while the anti-abortion guy is getting paid by either UA-cam or what ever organization is funding him to compensate him for his time.
So when he threw out the phrase “Philosophy Freshman,” unprovoked it was his attempt to get her tilted enough to walk away, so he can make a UA-cam clip of him "winning" a short aborition debate with some one who might be on their way to a dentist appointment.
Lets be real if you're out doing errands walking by a pro-choice person holding a sandwich board to engage in discussion, then they sprinkled in condensation in the discussion, you might think: "Man, the dryer at the laundry matt is about to finish my cloths I better get going."

My life was in grave danger with two of my pregnancies. I chose life for my babies. I have a beautiful 39 year old daughter that is a Christian counselor and a 28 year old son that is serving as a sergeant in the US Air Force.

Yup, these Pro-lifers don't understand the reality of science but think they do (and to be fair a lot of Pro-choicers don't either but at least they're on the right track). You’re definitely right about that, but it’s also been mainstreamed for the purpose of both population “management”, and to increase the ability/availability of the “resources” (aka corpses of the dismembered babies) for Stem-Cell research in laboratories.
The fact is that the one who “birthed” this monster was a woman named Margaret Sanger who was a proudly avowed white supremacist who believed in eugenics and specifically created PP to be used as population control for “blacks” and “browns” (although I’m sure she called them WAY worse than that too).
My point is that since it’s very inception the entire industry has been lying to the people and about itself, it’s “services” all the way up to it’s own creation. My grandmother was raped, because of this my mother was born. It was not easy for my birth grandmother, her life was difficult before and after this. My grandmother’s name was Mabel, and though I never met her, she is my hero. Because Mabel did the hard thing, my mother was given life. My mother gave life to three children, who have given life to three children, who have given life to four more children.
My cousin made a different choice… she had one daughter, and when she found out she was pregnant (I do not know the circumstance) she chose to abort her baby. That day my cousin and her baby were killed by her abortionist, and her daughter was left to be raised by her aunt.😢
My grandfather asked my 16 year old mother if she wanted an abortion when she told him she was pregnant with me. I praise the lord she followed through and brought me into this world. I have a good life. I have my own beautiful children now and I teach them the word of god.

The lack of emotional control displayed by many of these people is alarming. It’s almost unbelievable that they’re walking around in public under the ruse of being functioning adults.
I think this could help...
I know a case of a 11 years old girl who was pregnant. She decided to carry the child and her parents throw her into the streets. Her grandmother helped her. Both took care of the child with the support of the local church. The child was not healthy. The girl decided to become a nurse to help her son more. But when she was 17 the child died. The girl is now a very good pediatrist. Married, with four children. She said that fighting for that baby saved her life.
She didn't have good parents, even if her grandmother was a saint. This fight took her for that "family" and was the start of her new life.
Oh, I forgot to mention that the father of the 11 years girl was her father.
One can always come up with anecdotal tales about 'x person did this' or 'x person lived through such-and-such and still turned out fine', but it doesnt prove anything except that some folks are very lucky or resilient. That is a universal condition of life, really.
I hope that woman who claimed to be from Texas and thought that she could be put in jail for having a miscarriage in Texas stayed wherever the heck she was because we don't want her back.
This channel has encouraged me to go out in the ministry with my fellow Christian sisters, after years of slothfulness.

A chicken lays an egg every so often (some do every day)....it doesn't matter if it's fertilized or not.....they still lay that egg. No rooster around? They still lay. Every egg layed is not a chick.

We dont "kill" a fertilized egg to make an omelette (and yes many people do eat fertilized eggs from backyard farms or even a few make their way to supermarket shelves)
We don't "kill" fish roe to make caviar
So saying we (should) do in the case of humans is special pleading - i.e. arguing in bad faith

I am not following your logic on the we don’t kill a fertilized egg to make an omelette. It is possible that a fertilized egg may get past and sent to market, very unlikely, but there is no sin in eating them.

So imagine grown folks, imagine how many demons are attached to them. And you do have to remember, S4tans children absolutely live here on earth as well. Are you allowed to "do whatever you want" to your children when they are in your own home? No. Abusing and killing them is still illegal even if done within the privacy of your own four walls and behind closed doors. Bill Burr has an excellent explanation when comparing an abortion to making a cake. He starts with, you mix up the batter of cake mix, put it in the pan and put it in the oven. Then your roommate comes along takes it out after 5 minutes that throws it across the floor. And you yell hey what are you doing to my cake? And he says that it's not a cake. And of course his response is it would have been if you'd waited until it was done baking. You just threw out my birthday cake.
