  • Initial buyer meetings have always been important. While our instinct is to get buyers in the car and viewing houses as soon as possible, we know that the initial meeting can mean the difference between success and failure.
    Now buyer meetings are more important than ever. As they say in Ninja Selling, "In order to go fast, you must start slow."

    So many good points here! I agree, it's important to ask what your buyer's expectations are and then you can reflect to them, that is the exact service you provide. If you speak before asking, you risk not connecting with their needs. Thank you!

    great info.. I'm still struggling with the conversation with sellers who are paying 5% when they list and then I ask them to agree to pay me (buyers agent) if a seller will not pay buyer agent commission. Not fair that they're paying buyers commission on both sides
