Love messages like this. I have “did I wear a powerful outfit today” on my tracking sheet and there’s only 2 days this month that I wasn’t proud of what I wore. What we look like matters. First impression is everything. Imagine looking confident and feeling confident and how many more clients you would attract.

Sooo true.... people can smell lack of confidence. Best thing is two get knowledgeable and experience even if with a team or helping another agent. I think agents are not diversifying enough. Go into new area and price points. I took a few this year to keep me busy that I normally would not and I'm glad because they a re closed and sending referrals to help my Q2! The business is out there.

great info.. I'm still struggling with the conversation with sellers who are paying 5% when they list and then I ask them to agree to pay me (buyers agent) if a seller will not pay buyer agent commission. Not fair that they're paying buyers commission on both sides

I love this! I tend to practice in my car. Especially about tough topics like, the NAR lawsuit/what to say if someone wants a lower commission rate/Transfer tax increases/etc. It helps to say it aloud and for me to hear myself saying it in the way that I want it to come across!

Diversity has been key to me. Working with different clients (first time, investor). Working different areas and price points have been huge. I have been getting the smaller deal done quicker than my big deals! Some stuff I was saying no to because I thought i was big time... now I'm let me see that again. 😂

I agree! I think it's vital our clients understand the relationship between rates and pricing and how that plays out in a buyer/sellers market! Set realistic expectations
