My advice for getting over a guy or girl would be to just keeping busy and engaged in hobbies and things we do enjoy doing that don’t remind us of the guys/girls we had been in love with. At the end of the day we need to learn to love ourselves, so much that when we are treated poorly by someone, that we recognize that it hurts us and that we can keep going forward with our lives. 🙏

I feel you girl. Same here. Last three years felt like someone took a deck of cards (my life) and just exploded it into the air. I had days where getting out of bed was a struggle.
