She says the platforms are for 13+ but teenagers are usually going to look up some of this type of stuff anyway and being on twitch with some censorship is better than some of the other sites they may end up going to. I have more of a problem with twitch being overrun by this sort of content as a video streaming platform than it the content being on it in general.
