When I went back into my body I thought 'I wish I were a leaf again' lol I Really loved that visualization. This is the first time I've done/listened to this kind of thing. For me, I constantly have an extremely high amount of stress & pain and being in a dark place mentally that's darker than midnight and which that meeter is already so high it's already poking the bottom of the 🌝 but listening to you and how incredibly deep & powerful your voice quickly pierces ALL that bad emotions and energy while making me feel completely safe enough that it's already lowered my emotion/feelings meeter enormously which I didn't expect. My head & body's been in a place that's darker than Dracula black that I literally felt like a zombie walking around and for the 1st time in 9 yrs, I can actually S👀 a tiniest bit of 🕯️ coming from that darkness now and I can't even remember a time when I actually cried tears of joy. Like, you're actually literally putting the 🕯️ back into me, again. You were blessed with an incredibly RARE gift that nobody ever gets. Or, if they do, then most people aren't smart enough to S👀 it or notice it even if it passes right in front of their faces waving at them. But, unlike them, you can actually HEAL the darkest parts of a person with ONLY just sound. To me, your voice is Heaven. So please🙏🏻, DON'T EVER ST🛑P healing others. Your work is a miracle. And, like the ol' saying goes, "do what you love, so you don't have to work a day in your life."
Your anxiety & stress examples have had me try everything (even medication) due to being on the job for over 2-decades. Now, retired off the job, the emotions & feelings just do not diminish or simply disappear. I am very open to trying your advice & hope for some relief. Maybe sometime, you could do a specific & detailed session for LEO’s or other emergency responders. Something that’s limited in outside info but just goes straight into a session for those still fighting those memories of the blood, sweat, tears and guts that we’ve had to handle. No excuses…we know what we signed on for and we do it because most people can’t or simply don’t want to. So, you do the job as best you can & vault it in your subconscious. Your approach, your strength & ability to teach & mentor and your nurturing ability would be exciting to try.

My mental health has been awful this year ive been extremely stressed and overwhelmed and stuff mainly cause i moved in May and also i found out im gluten sensitive and lactose intolerant so i had to change me diet so that hasnt been easy but i started talking to a therapist again and ive also started taking magnesium citrate gummies which is definitely helping with my stress levels also got off my antidepressant i was on since mid July cause it was not helping at all Anyways thank you for another wonderful video Sarah ❤

I try to tell people that anxiety just goes with you regardless of where you are - getting out of the house or going somewhere 'fun' doesn't make me feel less anxious since the anxiety is in my head and my head usually comes with me ;)
so true, unfortunately 😭 the only methods that have worked for me have always been slow and methodical, like daily habit changes and mindfulness. though i had such bad academic anxiety that workplace anxiety was nothing in comparison, thankfully! so my mental health really started to improve after I graduated :)
@@SarahLavenderASMR I'm still trying to figure out what works best. I love listening to ASMR (especially your videos!) but sometimes really angry music can help too. My anxiety is related to a few different factors so it's hard to rein it all in. I'm working on it every day though.
