I've started a new series of healthy recipes, as you have been asking for it a lot. As breakfast is very important meal of the day, so here's a healthy breakfast recipe for y'all

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
Some cashews, almonds, walnuts & pistachios
2-3 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp melon seeds
3 tbsp chia seeds
Handful of dried coconut
3 tbsp ghee/clarified butter/coconut oil
4-5 tbsp jaggery powder/palm sugar/coconut sugar
1-2 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tsp vanilla
Some dried cranberries, golden raisins, black raisins, choco chips.

After browsing many recipes I made this one today and let me tell you guys its no fail recipe and super yummy.. I made a slight change by adding 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter. Turned out awesome... Go guys try this one!

Hi Kanak..I m ur new subscriber..I want to ask u..That a lady who is trying to do conceive cand take this Granola or not...Bcz lots of dry fruits are included in this receipe... Though it's healthy but I want to know..Pls guide me
Please skip chia seeds, they are not recommended to consume without soaking, as they absorb lots n lots of water and dry your digestive system which may result in constipation.
Also be aware that our body absorbs nutrition from nuts well when they are soaked

Chia seeds can be consumed raw also. It is sabja seeds which require soaking. Pls check again..

Roasting the nuts and seeds also gets rid of the nutrient inhibitors. So one can soak or roast before consuming
Hi Kanak, I made this and kept in an airtight container in room temp. However, within a weeks time, it developed fungus. Do you think, we can skip adding the liquid and tweek the recipe a bit. Please advise how to go about it.
Dont use ghee

@@siddhibhalekar9477 You can keep it in fridge. i make it and store it in airtight container but in fridge !
@@siddhibhalekar9477 If you use jaggery then keep in fridge. Also if using preservatives free peanut butter then also keep in fridge.

I really like homemade granola recipes but due to time constraints. I end up buying this true elements dark chocolate granola which is extremely healthy and just like homemade. You should definitely try them!
