08:38, that is the perfect drop for this song here. Loved the lyrics, loved the drop. It got stuck in my mind the "I didn't really understand that, but I'm not very good at reading" followed by the chirpchirpchirp twiitchwintchon. Ultra amazing.
I just started with Ableton and found all those nice CV/LFO/Expression things. ... doing my 1st things using this. Well you channel is a real inspiration to totally abuse this. Thanks!
Ned, why you dont set up the expressioncontrol with all ins to random and store it as a preset, name it allrandomexpress and use it in your videos, so you dont have to set up the random thing everytime you start... this would spare you some time i guess... and as allways the best electronic experimental comedy show ever!!! :)
That groove tho! Really sick. Videos on this channel is like a breath of fresh air - I constantly get stuck with my production and seeing experiments like this which also produce actually pretty good sounds/grooves are inspiring!
Love the jokes in this one😂 Combined with the interesting and informative bits of information, it all made this video amazing and entertaining to watch! Thank you, Mr. Duncan Donuts man❤️
sick!! i’ve found that sometimes when looping a pitch envelope and going into audio rates that ableton will go silent and i’ll have to delete and undo. you’ve inspired me to go further with these looping envs! 💚
Funny, just the other day I was working on trying to make an entire track with a single instance of Operator, using envelope looping (one oscillator on noise with a quick envelope looping every beat or two as a snare, etc.) Cool to see you doing some stuff with it too, looping envelopes can make for some really cool sounds.

now this is your bread and butter ned rush video - showing us how to make the machine come up with beautiful random bleepy shit. love it to bits

You screwing with that vocal sample was way too funny to be actually useful but then it was! Thanks!
Been binge watching Ned Rush vids in the past week, no regrets! Actually kinda proud of it ❤

That's what I did. Can confirm it saves a lot of time.
@@rhinocore and also you can create an LFO rack with X*LFOs set to random with different rates... saves a lot of time! cheers
that is one of the best non features of ableton, storing projects already set up for particular functions.
If I would get a pound every single time Ned made me laugh, I mean proper laugh, I would be a rich man by now.
Brilliant, mate!
I enjoy your level of creativity!
honestly one of the best ableton videos ive seen love your stuff mate
I came for the envelope madness, I stayed for the nostalgic 90's toy references.

Looking forward to every new upload!
Thank you so much for doing this stuff :]
Pure Ned and very useful, love it !
Damn this video is the best

2:14 into the video and I am already opening Ableton to get playing!

Well this is what I’m doing tomorrow
I am impressed at how utterly R2 some of those blips are! Fascinatingly strange technique...great for a very odd sampling session.
20:15 The beat slaps so hard here
genius, subbed!

Ned Rush is my favorite comedian. It used to be Bill Hicks until i stopped my internal dialogue.
I remember Stretch Armstrong! 😁. R2D2 getting mad he can’t find his keys killer me 😂😂
"Ned Rush I've seen your videos!!!!!"
God I love LFO's
sounds like the last of my braincells still buzzing after a night out
those operator drums had electribe er-1 vibes
What a classic.
Fart2d2
Burps and squirts. That's what I come here for.
My dog was highly disappointed by the voice 😂
Haven't watched it all yet but i hope Artoo finds his car keys
bleepbloopgoat
maybe it was too hot for you or Ableton or both and wtf does looping mean...
Are you Ricky Gervais ?
No. If I was then that would be the name of the channel.
@@NedRush great bants
r2d2 getting cross LOL
R2D2 can't find his car keys... 😆
This was great until you accidently made Trap hats. I'll take Stretch Armstrong any day but Trap hats are lower than Cher autotune.
It was not by accident. It was totally on purpose cause I love Trap. Trap all day long. Trap forever. And Cher as well.
Nevermind. Dated reference. Unsubscribed.
