Has a nice curb appeal with a nice front porch with added extra living space. Open an airy with natural light showing through. Rooms flow together nicely with no longer hallways. Has plenty of ample storage space. Has all the necessary amenities to have a minimalistic living. 👍👍👏🥰
A lovely idea for a home for the most part. There are some changes I would make. The first is to move the sink to the peninsula and put a full sized range in place of the existing sink. I need a full oven. The bathroom sink needs to be in the bathroom. It could move beside the shower, with storage fitted above the toilet. Replace the barn door with a pocket door. It will seal better. That done I would move the door to bedroom 1 so it faces into that same area, freeing up wall space in the kitchen for more ease of storage. That would allow room for a pantry cupboard and a broom closet.

I'm afraid the placement of the refrigerator with not having a spot to open the door and place items is an extremely awkward setup. There has to be a better way. The old tried and true design rule of having the cookstove, sink and refrigerator in a triangle should be taken into consideration. Also, as a retired, empty nester growing old is no fun. I would need two bathrooms to go along with the two bedrooms. Your design for having no steps or stairs is a very good one for those of us who are older.

Хороший проект, компактный, а хламом забивать и не нужно. Кое - что изменила бы, незначительные корректировки в спальне, и кухню отдельно, вместо душа ванную , если для постоянного проживания.👍

I’d place the house on a basement and consider adding a second floor. I really love the layout as is it would make great cabin design for a lake.

The doors on refrigerators can be installed either direction. Easy to change
