Are the building plans available?
While I am a fan of this floor plan I am not a fan of all the windows in the main bedroom. Too much light detracts from the ability to sleep. I would do away with the larger (sliding door?) window and opt for one that matches the aesthetics of the opposite side of the home and I would also scale back those windows to the side and opt for one more square/rectangle and scale back that larger window in the main bedroom bath. I wouldn’t need the skylights on the front porch as I live in the south and it would be unbearable to sit out there. Wish the porch on the front was on the back. Also would like a window in the kitchen behind the sink. Don’t know where a pantry would fit in but with some color changes I could see myself living in this model, especially with the additional bathroom.

Nice, but needs work. ? what is with the chains on the edges of the house, is it decor or actual function? . IF deco, kinda detracts imho. Its one of the items i would remove if i personally bought the home. Would see about its facing as well. E/W facing so when i add solar panels they catch the sun from the desired facing and nothing wasted. Would add rain catching on the backside of home as well for added utility. I noticed no AC unit as well, if this is intentional then add a ceiling fan in the main area and maybe one in the bedroom.

Bonjour. Nous sommes une petite société Francaise qui fabrique des maisons en bois. Serait-il possible d'utiliser certains de vos modèles pours les proposer à nos clients, et si oui combien couteraient les droits ?
Très belle maison, beaux matériaux. Cependant j’enlèverai la baignoire dans la chambre principale car pas pratique : de l’eau partout et de l’humidité plein la pièce d’autant que la salle de bains est juste à côté. La baie vitrée côté baignoire serait réduite ou remplacée par un mur plein de façon à avoir plus de rangements. Sans la baignoire la chambre serait plus spacieuse : de fait je la réduirai d’au moins un mètre pour agrandir la chambre des enfants qui est bien trop petite. Je supprimerai les étagères qui prennent beaucoup de place. Je mettrai une deuxième armoire car il manquera de place pour les enfants comme un bureau qui me paraîtrait nécessaire. Pour l’esthétique je ne sais si cela irait, mais je mettrai le canapé à la place des fauteuils de façon profiter de la vue sur le jardin plutôt que de lui tourner le dos. Très belle maison, félicitations 👏

Снаружи дом красивый, но не практичный. Почему у вас нет тамбура где можно сменить грязную обувь на чистую? Или вы по дому ходите в уличной обуви ?

현대적이고 멋진집인건 확실하나 유튜브명 타이니와 미니멀리즘의 영상 제목과는 동떨어졌네요
실내만 24.8평에 썬룸 그리고 포치까지 합하면 40평이 훨씬 넘는군요
럭셔리한 세컨하우스와 많이 어울리는것 같습니다
경제적인 부분만 충분히 따라준다면 한번쯤 참고 할것 같습니다
다만 안방에 자쿠지가 같이 있고 그에따른 통창은 부담스럽네요
