this might sound strange but I’ve been going through a rough patch lately and tonight I couldn’t sleep. I went on UA-cam and saw this. I love Minecraft, I’ve been playing ten years, and the music makes me feel so bittersweet. I also live by the ocean. The sounds of waves with the songs instantly stirred up my emotions. So here I am, at midnight dancing around my room with the moonlight flooding through my window. Thank you for the nostalgia. Dancing to this makes me feel like I’m floating.
I miss Minecraft. Not just the game but playing with my dad. When he'd come home late and it was almost midnight but I waited for him to come home to ask him to play. On those rare days where he was awake enough to play a session and that quiet music would play along in the background and the yellow kitchen lights would barely illuminate the dark living room. And the soft controller clicks as we mine for coal. And then my dad would head off to bed and pat me on the back goodnight and I would sit there and finish up our progress until I turned off the TV and sat alone with thoughts only of looking forward to the day ahead. Miss those days.
I can never finish this song without crying, I miss my childhood and I miss the emotions I felt while playing these games and watching top tier UA-camrs playing games , those times were peak in my life
Same bro, i remember playing with my brother in our room with lights off on the ps3 everyday like every single day when we came back from school, my dad would come from his job and he would ask what are yall doing (in the game) and we would reply him he would keep asking and we kept telling 1 by 1 one time their was a creeper my brother and me were fighting him it was the first mob we killed it we were so excited i still remember that moment when ever i am feeling lonely or sad i would remember this moment with my brother. after a few days we decided to watch the movie shawn the sheep we would also watch lots of other movies but the time we watched shawn the sheep we went to the store with my dad bought all the snacks chocolates , chips, gummys espacially marshmallows and lots of other things we ate them while wtaching that movie and in each movie we would make an interval to grab more snacks just like in the cinema and dawm that nostalgia hits me hard i cant stop imagining about it all the laughs and all the joy ! :(

Will never forget the times with my sister, she was 17 when she passed away and we played minecraft, turned the night to day playing and exploring. You could always think of something to do and if we had no clue on what to do we played some modpacks but we always came back to our little world. She wont finish that lighthouse now but..maybe, just maybe she is thinking in heaven how to finish it properly.
I really like people who listen to Minecraft music often because I think they are the only one's who genuinely loved Minecraft for its beauty.. Minecraft was their whole childhood and they are never gonna forget how this game had a huge impact on their lives.. We made so many memories with this game

This hits me hard 40:07 - 56:33 wonderful memories with my siblings playing on our creative world cuz we where to scared to play survival so we build the biggest structures and we also did role plays with different minecraft skins. So much fun

Same with my buddi, we used to play for fun and all great time but now he has..changed, became distanced and is not into the game anymore. I remember his last words :" So we'll finish the farm tomorow ?" Yet no crops to be found on the unfinished farm. I remember in 2015 when I would come home from school and hop on my Xbox 360 to play GTA4, Minecraft, and castle crashers with my online friend. We would play almost every single day. As time went on we lost communication. But in 2017 we found each other again and now we are friends to this day.
2024 here. I cannot be the only one almost crying while listening to Minecraft music. Every single time I hear these songs, i get a deep, nostalgic feeling that's sending me into a different world. Minecraft has been my favorite game for years, ever since I was 7 and I've got tons of memories.
Nostalgia. I used to play it every day in summer in like 2018-2019 he taught be how to play it by starting from the trial and then we created a world together and won. Good times.

This reminds me of when I first played minecraft. It was a snow biome and I was trying to learn how to move with a X box controller. My cousins who are in a military family and have been gone since I was 10. where helping me tame a dog and I proceeded to hit in and try to run because it was attacking me. I ended up moving my head and not knowing how to fix it i was just pressing buttons running around. Their laughter is a distant memory. I just wish they would talk to me more. I miss what we used to have, but it’s the memories we created that count right? Even if things will not ever be how they used to be i can still remember a time when we where all truly happy. That’s what matters in the end even if it’s meet with dissatisfaction with how it ended.

Nothing will ever be as good as playing minecraft after school when you were 10, everything still new and exciting. I used to play with my cousins, i have a cousin one year older then me and he introduced me to minecraft. Going up to his room when there was a party at his house at the ages of 8 to watch him play minecraft before he would put it on the terrible split screen which was only able to be top and bottom of the screen at the time. To just wonder around his world while he built a base. Then the first time i got a xbox was christmas and i was 9, my mum set it up in her room in 2015. My cousin came round and we played for a couple hours on a world with a silly house that was only 2 blocks high so you couldn’t jump, with lots of doggos in the house, while he showed me how to get achievements specifically the pigs can fly one. :( i miss it I miss everything about being that age and playing minecraft, all the tutorial worlds that me and some cousins turned into a whole world with lore at the ages of 9-10. The xbox 360 version of minecraft and all the silly mini games they had :(
I remember seeing youtubers talking about a game named Minecraft. Over and over Minecraft videos kept popping up on UA-cam. I remember countless times begging my dad to get Minecraft for me. Eventually, it happened. I remember vividly playing split screen on Bedrock Edition. After that I moved on to Java. But Minecraft doesn't feel like Minecraft anymore. It changed and we grew up not being able to relive the moment again. But we can remember the times we did enjoy the moment.

I am only 13 but I still feel alot of nostalgia from this. Unlike everyone else here I've only been playing for 8 years. I remember grabbing my older sister and handing her an xbox 360 controller. But when me and him would get on our ps3 and play Minecraft for hours, I wouldn’t feel angry. I felt so happy and relaxed. Sure we were both crazy kids so we would be screaming and laughing, but it was so relaxing. I didn’t know it at the time but it made my bad thoughts go away. And it was reassuring that I wasn’t always that bottle up emotions angry kid. Unfortunately my brother got bored of the game and we stopped playing together. Although I do say that our relationship is better now because of those childhood memories of playing Minecraft together. We’re only in high school right now and there is a lot of stuff going on in our lives but we still talk and have fun together. We both like Subnautica so we usually take turns while the other watches. He helps me though it since I love the game but have a insane fear of the ocean. This brings back such good memories. This hits me hard 40:07 - 56:33 wonderful memories with my siblings playing on our creative world cuz we where to scared to play survival so we build the biggest structures and we also did role plays with different minecraft skins. So much fun

Me too, I also got introduced to it on my cousin’s Xbox 360. As he started high school, he gave me his Xbox 360, along with all the nostalgic worlds me and him would play together. Not to mention the mini games, the tutorial, and all the other features. And the tutorial map is huge, but I could go visit the Lighthouse, the stone town, the arch and so much others, just from remembering memories from going to all those places. (Who remembers the secret hiding in the giant MINECRAFT sign on the tutorial world.)
I miss old Minecraft, dude. Notch, Jeb, and 4kstudios. The OG developers. C418 was just that star on top to finish the whole thing. Minecraft isn't a game, it's a universe of endless possibilities with many friends to make along the way. Thanks, Minecraft.

when i was little during the pandemic i'd always go over to my best friends house (our families did quarantine together) and we would play minecraft for hours. we made mansions and villages and screamed while baby zombies chased us in survival. i have so many memories of playing the game and it draws up bittersweet emotions when i realize it's been three years since ive talked to my once closest friend. thank u for posting this

I remember in 2015 when I would come home from school and hop on my Xbox 360 to play GTA4, Minecraft, and castle crashers with my online friend. We would play almost every single day. As time went on we lost communication. But in 2017 we found each other again and now we are friends to this day.

Nostalgia. I used to play it every day in summer in like 2018-2019 he taught be how to play it by starting from the trial and then we created a world together and won. Good times.
The fact that this actually made me cry hit hard, I never have been able to remember my childhood but as soon as I heard these songs it all hit me, I used to be so happy making a random house in the middle of the forest with wool and then making a massive white and red dog house with 100s of wolves, I remember the music as I happily built farms and explored the tutorial map again and again I miss Minecraft so much I remember all my favourite maps I made this video just made me so happy

Over the last few years I’ve realized just how fast time truly flies. I remember the first time I ever played Minecraft, little 6 year old me. Me and my siblings were instantly hooked and we would spend hours playing it together. Then, we began to get older, and none of us had the time anymore. My sister went off to college, and now my brother just doesn’t wanna hang out anymore. Wish I could’ve appreciated it. All those times we would be laughing and having fun, playing it everyday. Now, I can’t even remember the last time we sat down and all played together. I’m glad for all the times, but fuck do I wish I could go back. 🥲

I've been playing Minecraft for about 6 years now and the music always seemed just in the background, like I wasn't paying attention. But that music was in the background of my very first worlds where I peeked through into the vast universe I had just discovered. Now, looking back on everything 6 years later, this music reaches a part of my heart that is very special to me. It has so much nostalgia and good times attached to it...the music is just...special now. Hearing these songs after so many years makes me want to cry. some people wouldn't understand, but my heart has just attached myself to these songs and when I hear them so many memories come flooding into my head. Its just so nostalgic and bittersweet.

小学生の時WiiUからマインクラフトを始めました。学校のみんなと通信して冒険して、建築して遊びました。中学からどんどん話をする機会がなくなり、高校では親の離婚でみんなと離れてしまいました。今はどうしているのか分かりません。でもきっと元気でいるでしょう。高校では友達ができず1人で、いじめられていました。でもやっと学校を卒業して来年からは就職します。今は最悪だと思いますが、あの頃は本当に毎日が楽しかった。思い出は間違いなく私の記憶に残り続けるでしょう。

• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕

•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈

This reminds me of when I first played minecraft. It was a snow biome and I was trying to learn how to move with a X box controller. My cousins who are in a military family and have been gone since I was 10. where helping me tame a dog and I proceeded to hit in and try to run because it was attacking me. I ended up moving my head and not knowing how to fix it i was just pressing buttons running around. Their laughter is a distant memory. I just wish they would talk to me more. I miss what we used to have, but it’s the memories we created that count right? Even if things will not ever be how they used to be i can still remember a time when we where all truly happy. That’s what matters in the end even if it’s meet with dissatisfaction with how it ended.
I wish I could go there. Watching this brings back the good childhood days.
I'm currently listening to this thinking of what my life has come to. How the past when all our thoughts were on Minecraft and every chance u got to get on and play. Coming home and seeing if your friends got home at the same time so u could boot up your shitty world. Now all we think about is those times. Now that its over all we can think about is what was. Nothing will ever be as good as playing minecraft after school when you were 10, everything still new and exciting.
I used to play with my cousins, i have a cousin one year older then me and he introduced me to minecraft. Going up to his room when there was a party at his house at the ages of 8 to watch him play minecraft before he would put it on the terrible split screen which was only able to be top and bottom of the screen at the time. To just wonder around his world while he built a base.
Then the first time i got a xbox was christmas and i was 9, my mum set it up in her room in 2015. My cousin came round and we played for a couple hours on a world with a silly house that was only 2 blocks high so you couldn’t jump, with lots of doggos in the house, while he showed me how to get achievements specifically the pigs can fly one. :(

I miss everything about being that age and playing minecraft, all the tutorial worlds that me and some cousins turned into a whole world with lore at the ages of 9-10. The xbox 360 version of minecraft and all the silly mini games they had :(

I remember seeing youtubers talking about a game named Minecraft. Over and over Minecraft videos kept popping up on UA-cam. I remember countless times begging my dad to get Minecraft for me. Eventually, it happened. I remember vividly playing split screen on Bedrock Edition. After that I moved on to Java. But Minecraft doesn't feel like Minecraft anymore. It changed and we grew up not being able to relive the moment again. But we can remember the times we did enjoy the moment.

this brings back so many good memories of me playing minecraft with my siblings on our xbox. We would always create a new world everytime we played. Last I checked we had over 1000! Anyway the music at 17:50 really got to me
I am only 13 but I still feel alot of nostalgia from this. Unlike everyone else here I've only been playing for 8 years. I remember grabbing my older sister and handing her an xbox 360 controller. We would always play Minecraft and Army of Two together. Listening to this makes me feel like I'm 5 again. It was the best period of my life but I'm very sure soon enough I will find something to replace that. I have just begun puberty and I am growing into an adult. People are always saying "enjoy your childhood while it last" but I'm quite exited to grow up and do so many things I couldn't before. Driving a car, buying my mother gifts, and so on. I feel my life will be a great journey. I begin high school soon. I heard its tough in high school but that's what people said about middle school and my middle school experience thus far has been pretty average.

I used to play with my father and cousins. I had a very fun childhood years ago. Knowing that those days will never come affects me deeply. I always listen to this instead of emotional songs.
Listening to this reminds me of me and my brother. We are twins and I was kind of angry growing up so I wasn’t the nicest person. But when me and him would get on our ps3 and play Minecraft for hours, I wouldn’t feel angry. I felt so happy and relaxed. Sure we were both crazy kids so we would be screaming and laughing, but it was so relaxing. I didn’t know it at the time but it made my bad thoughts go away. And it was reassuring that I wasn’t always that bottle up emotions angry kid. Unfortunately my brother got bored of the game and we stopped playing together. Although I do say that our relationship is better now because of those childhood memories of playing Minecraft together. We’re only in high school right now and there is a lot of stuff going on in our lives but we still talk and have fun together. We both like Subnautica so we usually take turns while the other watches. He helps me though it since I love the game but have a insane fear of the ocean. This brings back such good memories.
