*United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine* Beautiful home well kept, thank-you sir for taking the time to show us around. GOD Bless.
Our pleasure!
Thanks for watching!
Looks like a kit house, like a Sears house they imarketed in the twenties, market has jumped vastly, for intown houses in Waterville, but a nice house, good luck to whoever buys it
Thanks for sharing.
Oh my! You just took me on a tour of my dream home! It is absolutely gorgeous! It is so much bigger on the inside! Very well maintained, I love the split backyard, would redo and turn into a garden area! To bad I live in Ohio 😢
Thank you so much!
How about some properties in beautiful Wells Beach ⛱ 😊😮🎉
Or York ❤
Yes I agree with that too, York is awesome. 2 good choices!!
@@carolmckeehan228 I lived in York for awhile, I used to go to Wells often. I really miss it there.
I can relate, I've been a Wells beach ⛱ girl for a long time, it seems the older I get I long for it even more..
Very nice home.
Thank you 😊
What great dogs !
Hot in Maine? Here hold my beer says about every Arizonian as they are dealing with 130 degree temps, and Watervile has a heat wave of about 80 degrees give or take as it's all relative. Here looking at Maine as a possible retirement destination in a few years as I don't do well with summer heat myself and here in Pennsylvania as it can get to 90 to 100 degrees in the summer. I much prefer snow and cold than heat.
You've come to the right place 😉
Me too. I hate summer! Yes, Maine is cooler but I lived near the beach when I was in Maine. With global warming it’s hot just about everywhere.
I’m thinking Iceland might still be nice.
Arizona … it’s a dry heat, still the temps are hell like
@@teresas8173global warming 🙄
Cute house. The enclosed porch would make a good "outdoor" lounging space for a house cat. It just needs a cushioned porch swing and a litter box. Too bad the house lot is too small to add a two-car garage. The little single car garage is way too small for even a mid-size truck.
Thanks for sharing.
What an odd space for the laundry, I'd have to knock a wall down to open it up or move it somewhere else lol
Thanks for sharing.
If it's yours go for it, make it comfortable for you..
You have a tick problem in Maine?
Well it’s a state with a lot of forest so ….
I would put a heater n a c on the porch make that my office
Thanks for sharing.
Too much for that house!!
I live on an a bit over an acre in Ohio, in a college town … 2 bath/ 3 bedroom/ finished basement/ central air and heating/ city water and sewer/ fantastic school system (highly competitive)/quiet road/ high speed internet/ 2 car attached garage etc etc etc…
My point?
Our home is estimated at very close to this price.
Yet we are getting much more here for the price.
East Coast, Northeast is more expensive
@@teresas8173
We live in NE Ohio.
Very close to the East and NE of this nation
Pretty nice house. That bathtub upstairs has to go.Why he didn't show the bathroom in the main floor is beyond me.
Thanks for watching.
Nice looking place, but every time you said "well maintained" all I could see was the crops growing out of the front gutters 🙂
Blame the realtor! 😂
...'a lot of stuff.'
Looks awesome! The price seems a bit high… that size house in Dallas would be uncharacteristically less. 😊
Edit: Any clue what the property taxes are on $300k?
Taxes on this home were $3,784
But it’s in Texas … , of course it’s less.
The home prices here in Maine are absolutely ridiculous...
You mean ridiculously low, right? LOL
Where I live this house in a college town is $850k easy.
Never mind, I just Googled it. 2 blocks to the river, short bike ride to campus.
Million bucks, all day long.
Hey, it has a dishwasher !!! That's Huge for Maine.
Zillow says it was under $100k up to 2015. Now the "Zestimate" is $293,900" crazy.
@@markw999 Depends Where you live.
Wow you are very impressive! Very entertaining lol i wish you could show every home im interested in.
