  • Tinnitus Music Therapy, Best Tinnitus Sound Generator
Filmed in Retezat National Park(Romania) in July 2015. The name of the waterfall is Rausor.
Music is from UA-cam Library and sounds are from www.freesounds.org
I created this channel in the hope that I will be able to help those who suffer from tinnitus.
I tried to mix sounds with different frequencies.
I used landscapes from nature with different natural sounds.
All the filming was done in Romania, and for mixing the sounds we used the software and mixers from Native Instrument.
It has been scientifically proven that those who suffer from tinnitus feel much better if they listen to sounds from nature such as:
    - the sound of rain
    - the sound of mountain rivers
    - waterfalls
    - the waves of the sea.
All this induces a state of calmness and helps to eliminate the sounds from the ears.
Also, new research has shown that acoustic sounds with different frequencies can help eliminate ringing in the ears.
All materials on this channel are informative.
For any problem related to tinnitus, consult a specialist.
The doctor always knows what is best for you.
Please enjoy my work and if you liked it, subscribe to my channel and come up with ideas about what sounds you want to listen to.
    Thank you!

people, i come to you as a tinnitus sufferer among millions out there. Once you believe tinnitus will run your daily life ad worry, you are in trouble and noise will even magnify in your brain because you are sending negative signals mentally. train your thoughts to the other way and have firm conviction and belief. you will feel better instantly. not trying to preach here of be biblical but i go back to the verse where jesus says, can you add one minute to your life by worrying? in many cases, you will lose minute or more because of the worries that can lead to stress and more mental breakdown. Everyday, tell yourself "I am bigger than you, you little tinnitus! I am stronger than you because I was here before you and you can't bring me down!" Even more, God is million times bigger than you and he is with me. I have a loving daughter (if you have child) and a wife (if married), and I won't let you come between our happiness! Time heals are wounds and pains and you are just a little bump in the road where I can easily roll over!" What can't kill me makes me stronger!" Repeat this much as you can daily and God bless!

i have ongoing tinnitus for almost 2 months now. it was a disaster, panic attacks, lack of sleep, i tried to get rid of this, but nothing worked. i improved my diet, quit smoking, started to exercise more, tried to focus on my work. the tinnitus is still there, but generally, i feel better than before its onset. do not give up, the power of habituation is unbelievable. tinnitus might not disappear quickly but you will certainly feel better, just accept it. good luck

Since 25 January 2011, that was the day life changed forever, waking up with it after having it low level on/off for a couple of weeks due to using a grinder without ear protection, of course the doctors say not but what do they know? Exercise sometimes helps so does cleaning my ears in the shower water and my sonic tooth brush rubbed over my jaw, up face to below my ear. Constantly monitoring the situation, like asking to leave the building before fire test day and carrying ear plugs, walking around with Peltor X5A's. Your wanna know what miserable is, wait til you've got it forever and people around you know nothing about the sleepless nights, the jogs from loud sounds, horns in the street with some dude beeping his mate. You'll miss the bird sounds out your window in the morning. When the end comes there will be rest, I just hope I can hear it, the silence for just a few seconds

You will get through this. Find ways to change your nervous system to the parasympathetic State. (Cold showers, calming music) As you do this your brain will see that the ringing isn't a threat and it can begin to stop noticing it. From there it will become softer to the point that you won't hear it. It's not easy

This is FAR THE BEST VIDEO against T.
Feels like healing needles into the brain, T is NOT forever, it just seems like it, the answer is found inside neuroscience and how our brains refills audio/noise of our sleepy audio cortex; when hearing this they wake up and T is gone; you have to remember that T is just like losing eye 20/20 if people where driving crazy because of sight losing (which is also very hard to handle without glasess) having T without this help is very hard too, but please remember it is just our brain tissue on a damage level which can be healed if you do the right thing: Calm Down.
Everything Heals, if you Believe it will Heal: IT WILL.
Thank you for this help, God Bless You!!

I found good meditation tracks I soon upload in my channel, after all I do wanna use my channel for helping others. It's just about training your brain to focus on others sounds. Waterfloss, Violins, deep and high mixed sounds are important to hear and blind tinnitus... In Germany there's a good and new treatment to heal part of it. I've heard many foreigners come to there to be treated... But I've found a good result for me with hypnosis against tinnitus, look for some here at UA-cam...good luck 🌷

What I find annoying are the noises being played over the lovely nature sounds here - that beeping is the worst.
Nature sounds, as little as 10 min/day can soothe we savage beasties. I play it in the background while I'm online. It really brings my anxiety down to levels I can deal with. I've had tinnitus since the first concert I attended about 40 years ago, and loud music was a part of my life for at least 30 years. I had no idea I was doing such damage to my hearing. I stay well away from it now and feel such pity for the young, foolish, men who drive their cars with the volume up to thunderous ⚡☁⚡☁ They will loose their hearing as I have to tinnitus.

Last December I suddenly lost my right side hearing from a condition called SSHL Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss. It left me with an acute tinnitus 24/7 in my right ear and hyperacusis at the same time which is like sensitivity to any noise. Being just 25 years old and a teacher, It was very hard for me to cope with the new changes in life. If it wasn't for God, maybe I would have gone crazy. It took time, hope in God's decision and patience. The tinnitus is still here, I still hear it 24/7 but I have accepted it and God helped me with being comfortable with it. He made it easy. Indeed after every hardship there is certainly is ease. Anyone who is struggling out there with this condition, please have faith, it will get better sooner or later.

I told my teachers about it, so whenever I'm in class, to help me focus, I listen to this or just calming music/white sound to help me focus more. I've had it for a few weeks now. It's so stressful and I'm still young, the 1st time I heard the noises in my ear, I started crying to my mum thinking some sort of insect was in it, but then I searched it up, and then I found out. Keep track of times you are having it, how long and maybe events that happened before or after. Compare charts. Could be microwave frequencies near or in your school. Anyway, dieser Kanal ist super, da er multifunktionale wirkt. Einfach genial Tinnitusgeräusche in der Klavier Musik mit dem Bachlauf zu integrieren, chapo! Along with taking my meds, this music really helps. Doesn't stop it but takes it from a 10 to a 1.....that's after I have turned the music off. I don't hear it while its playing. Grow up from your childish beliefs and accept the fact that in life shit happens and there isn't a magical person in the sky pulling the strings!

@@musicproducer3569 probably you trying to deny yourself is actually causing this problem. Why would you deny a perfect creation of God = you?
Moreover tinnitus is considered as a sign of not listening to YOUR inner guidance. So i would suggest to look within, focus on your heart and inner guidance and trust your feelings and intuitions. It will definitely help you. Much love!

Thank you so much. As soon as I click on pause the tinnitus is there like an old TV without connection. And this is the ONLY audio that really helps. My ears tend to hurt from this, a little bit, when the BEEP sounds come, like needles. But I can feel that my ears just are confused by it and try to send information to my brain... And all of this is a bit louder or at least the same volume as my tinnitus. And therefore makes it finally possible to calm down a bit and try to sleep :'(((( Thank you so, so much!!! I got my tinnitus from trauma two and a half months ago. And it seems like cortison is not working, so it might end up staying and getting chronical. So... This will really be helpful for a loooooong time

    • @rbehfarin

Hi there, your story is interesting. Can you describe what the cortisone was like ? How did you apply cortisone and where ? I may have some information on someting like this from a researcher i met who is working on tinnitus. Thank you !

You could still try infusion therapy at your ena. Otherwise don’t worry the brain will filter it out in the course of time. Be patient. Try pmr meditation and try to listen to the sound without freaking out. Watch Julian Cowan Hill s UA-cam channel

Hey everyone, i joined our should i say special forces,as well ... I contracted covid back in january and since then i had panic attacks, stomach problems and all sorts, of issues including tinnitus, at the beginning it was really loud i had nights i could barely sleep, and would wake up for the ringing at night. It got much better, this video helped fade it, sometimes for longer periods of the day, sometimes just for a couple of minutes, i had a good couple of weeks maybe a month or 2 where i didnt hear it but it feels like it stays with me because i can hear it at night before sleep when all goes quiet nowadays but kinda comes in waves, some weeks really good and barely hear it some weeks and days i hear it more.. At the beginning i was looking for a solution, and i found some good massage techniques that really helped, also these tinnitus sound therapies helped, tried b vitamin komplex for nerves, that seemed to have helped, but most importantly the habituation and getting used to it is the big one. Try not to solve your tinnitus rather try thinking of it as its part of you and its much easier then.
Just dont give up, its a process it will get better, been there done that! Over the course of a month it went from a 6-7 /10 to 1-2/10 i only hear it at night time before sleep mostly then is a bit more like a 3-4/10
I felt the importance to get in the queue of people telling their success stories because it horrified me at the beginning and the thought that it is a process helped me calm down and keep my head up when it was rough to deal withit, no one will quite understand you with this, only someone that has or had tinnitus, people dont have any idea how this feels at times...
Stay strong all, all the best to all of you :)
