I have recently purchased Neptune VX. However noted few observations. For my first wash I chose super 50. However on completion of programme , there was lot of froth over the utensils, especially at d base of machine. IFB technician told to do pre rinse but to no avail. During my second set of washing again same problem being faced. Utensils are not even completely dry. Another observation is that whenever programme is over the detergent cover is found in open state. Technician said this is norma and suppose to happen this way only. Third and last although all programme are working fine but I find little mis alignment of cover. Kindly clear d doubts.

I am using super 50 option, but when we on & set program super 50 option water is coming outside for first 3 min after it is taking inside at 47 min timer we are new to dish washer just 2 days ago we started to use

It's good machine but when any problem is there then service center doesn't attend as competed by customer care, so I'm not happy about IFB services

Hello sir, Drain pipe size is normal but Inlet pipe requires 1/4 inch threaded nipple

Don't purchase IFB dishwasher.I purchased 5 months ago it's showing errors frequently,in 5 months they changed main boards 3 times.
It's a headache don't go for IFB.

If you can face error 5 please check your inlet water pressure and fix the outlet pipe to one and half feet back side the dishwasher
I am also facing error f2 what should I do I have checked drainage all are ok but still showing error

It may be that the drain pump is not working.
