Waiting for someone to answer the questions. Water tank? What insulation rating? Costs?
Where does the sewer go? Are there hookups? Is there a water tank? How long will AC run on battery? What is the wind load rating?
Is this winter snow proofed for Canada weather???? Like no rust? Then I would buy for sure. I can see the opening/closing wall hydraulic extentions rusting after 4 seasons in Canada.
i would like to see it with just a bathroom, so i can add my own interior. I would also like to see it a bit longer.
Wet bathroom is the toilet paper water proof
I think these are some nice homes where I have only a couple quirks about them one why aren't they handicap accessible the bathroom is so small I mean I have a wheelchair that's 22 in and I believe in this thing I wouldn't be able to back out or even shut the door so my Quirk is about the bathroom and these tiny homes the other thing is a washer and dryer I have a problem with that and at least some storage so that's I guess one of my pet peeves are they going to make these with handicap accessible bathrooms and showers
Installation is extremely important. Where is the installation????
What about shipping cost? Transportation cost? Set up cost?
All this is on top of the cost of the PODS.
What is the R rating for insulation, also does it have a water tank?
This looks more like a modern folding camper RV rather than a tiny house. Also styling is somewhat Japanese RV by a Chinese manufacturer.
Do you have pricing? Do you have the Lavida S-1 model, and do you know the price, where to buy? I don't see it in your links.
What is the cost of this unit?
So the base model is 85K with the solar unit it is another 4k have a couple other add-ons for a couple more thousand dollars

looks great but the price is not affordable for a mobile home at least ... parts of the world you can take a entire household with house and land for that kind of money and i mean in europe not asia or africa . maybe if the price was lower and lets say they could cut off some of the gadgets inside and keep the build basic so they can reduce cost , it would be a viable option . but for almost 100 k you can get a regular house . of course maybe that is the market in the us of a . what do i know ... just saying .
