Hi Rachit and team motor-octane, last year in Dec 23 you said that in your video that in 2023 till mid year, Hyundai Creta facelift will be launched ..but it almost year end and Creta facelift is not launched. I hold my decision based on your video to buy new compact SUVs. and waited for long buying Creta but whole year gone. I am really disappointed by your lack of information. please do not give false hope to your viewer who trust you and made decision based on your videos
I don't understand why Indian Market isn't buying sedan cars, which more luxurious and comfortable compare to SUVs. Always been a fan of sedan cars, waiting when the bubble of SUVs cars will burst. God save Indian car Enthusiast. Excepting major facelift in Virtus and slavia.
Now people has very few options left in India only 9 sedan cars under 20lakh , 4 in sub-4 meter and 5 in mid size sedan, were as there are 20 hatchback and 30-40 suv in India . I think the past experience of sedan cars in India is mostly based on low ground clearance problem(because of bad roads )and little expensive (because they were the only cars to upgrade from hatchback and suv were double the price of hatchback. Now people have sub-4 meters suv and mid size suv at the same price ,and sedan cars companies and people are not interested because of the past experience.
I was waiting for the Tata Harrier petrol version to buy but I was disappointed on the facelift launch where Tata only came with the Diesel option. Moreover there is no clarity when petrol will be launched. Is there any alternative option that competes with Harrier and that I can look at that option? Please guide me.
2 queries 1. Nissan is launching the X-trail in India in 2024. However you didn’t mention anything on that 2. Honda has mentioned that it’s going to bid goodbye to sedans in India and focus on SUVs only.. so why would they launch a facelift of the Amaze ?
@@maskyplayz2209 : The Elevate is selling close to 6000 units monthly (Oct figures) ever since its release in September 2023. On the other hand City’s sales have plummeted to 1853 units making it among least selling. More over Honda has already confirmed the EV version for the Elevate will be coming in another 3 years. Though the City and Amaze would be on sale until 2025, their future is shaky after 2025 considering the Sedan market in India (only Dzire seems to be posting strong numbers)
Major missing in this list is the most awaited 1.5 litre petrol t-gdi engine which is going to be introduced in current model of harrier & safari in 2024 ! 😀
if we live in metropolitan where diesel is only for 10 yrs and EV is costly and budget is 10-12 lakh so no option is there apart from petrol so which compact suv is good as per service cost, ncap, fuel efficiency, looks , features.
In view of the running cost on Fuel, I am not interested in Mild or Superior types of hybrid cars with 22 to 28 kmpl/Lt., or not the pure Electric Cars. Please highlight some pure and extreme hybrid vehicles which can run above 50kmpl@1lt petrol, coming in the near future in India.

I’m excited for the facelifted Alcazar. Creta always felt a bit too small, for me. And Alcazar wasn’t too different from items cousin on which it is based. If the Alcazar can be made a little taller, and more powerful. I think it will eat up MGs share, because I’m seeing too many Hectors these days in the road. Nothing on MG, but man Alcazar is such a missed opportunity for Hyundai.

Sir, aapne naye wale Thar ka ek bahut bada feature miss kar diya. Thar 5 door me SUNROOF bhi hai. Thar aur XUV ki testing mere tech park me hoti. I have seen them in very detail inside out.
Problem with lower end Automatic Cars is that they are using AMT, which is very laggy. CVT is the best, DCT is a lil controversial. Good to see Honda is still sticking with CVT.
