Both EMI and Warner Bros. got to pick one song that was done while under the other company and put it on their version of the Greatest Hits. EMI chose Under the Bridge, while Warner Bros. chose Higher Ground
wasnt the first 4 albums with EMI then bssm and the rest of the albums with warner bros. so thats why they didnt have any songs from bbsm on the what hits? album
I think Josh Like when John after Hillel and dave Navaro before John returned will bring something new to the band. i cannot say for sure if it will be better or worse but i am pretty certain it will be different. Let us not selfishly think about john only. lets try and focus on the grand spectacle that is the RHCP! Think of Josh are a way for the band to reinvent itself.
@everlyredhot Do you think fans of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, while Hillel was guitarist, could imagine John Frusciante playing this. You have to give Josh a chance.
Good performance but would be better without the wannabe will ferrell impersonator on drums. Hillel Slovak had an epic guitar solo on this song original and this one was weak. It's like they are covering their own music in a way.

their old stuff is so fucking cool! :D better than the new in my opinion.
subterranean homesick blues and blackeyed blonde they also play still
oh my god!
i wondered why both of those albums had a song they made with a different company
best live performance of this is when the foo fighters were throwing all that shit at them on off the map
