No, this interview was filmed in November 1996 and televised in the UK two weeks later. At this time the US was seeing season 3 and the UK were seeing season 2. The episodes about Ross and Emily's wedding (where Monica and Chandler got together during the group's trip to London) were at the end of season 4, which wasn't filmed until a year later than this show.
