Ham, cheese, potato casserole, and the Ultimate Cheesecake recipe

In this video I created a new family favourite meal while trying to use up some older pantry items. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing flavour. I am also trying to stretch our food as you will see when I am making the soup for lunch.
Ham, cheese, Potato Casserole
In a large bowl mix the following - about 2lbs of potatoes (frozen hash browns, canned potatoes, mashed potatoes - whatever you have on hand)
1 can of cream of mushroom (can use any cream soup)
1 C sour cream 1/2C melted butter 1-2C shredded cheese (save some to top casserole) 1 onion chopped 2-3C chopped ham salt & pepper
I added a few tablespoons of Heluva Good onion dip (optional)
Mix well. Add to greased 9x13 baking dish bake at 375 bake 35-40 minutes. add some more cheese 5 minutes before finished.
CHEESE CAKE
graham crust 1 pkg cream cheese softened 1 can condensed milk
1/3C lemon juice 1 tsp vanilla pie filling (optional) chilled
With an electric mixer beat cream cheese. Gradually add in the condensed milk. Mix in the lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into the graham crust. Chill. Add pie filling before serving.
