My Aunty Olga used to make a dessert like the ginger nut wreath but with chocolate chip cookies dipped in sherry!!! DELICIOUS!!!
The cookies go soft and it’s similar to tiramisu texture - so tasty!!!

Loved this vlog, Betty and Teddy looked so sweet as your little audience.
In the 70s, i used to make everything home made, pickled onions, christmas cake and pudding, mince meat, ruff puff pastry, royal icing, and marzipan. Don't do it much now but always do my own mincemeat.❤x

My family and I used to have Prawn Cocktail for starters in Christmas Day, then veg and Turkey for lunchtime dinner . Can’t remember what we ate in the evening. I didn’t like Christmas cake and if I had Christmas pudding, I preferred ice cream on top.
