I belong from Jharkhand but it’s near to Bihar border I am the part of Swarnkar community. Mostly Sonis are trading community but we tried to open different industries in Bihar as well as Businesses but so called Bahubali’s from upper and lower castes are taking extortion money and Trading community are getting killed.

I have relatives from Bihar and have lived in many states.....from what i have seen it has second most bleak future among all states(first being bengal). Some things i observed:- 1. Zero interest of caste players in industry ....caste politics is in other states too but at least they develop industries for jobs. 2. caste voters dont want development as long as their caste people win and they can show-off power to other caste ppl. 3. No industry and no private jobs means everyone is fighting for few gov jobs and therefore reservation becomes a central issue there...more than any other state. 4. From what i have observed, general castes simply dont hold any power in Bihar..most of them already made some other state..so in coming years we will likely see lots of political rivialries there between people of other castes wanting more influence.....unless something like Hindutva becomes a uniting force.

For bihar i had more knowledge cos lots of friends in company where i worked earlier...as well as relatives. Also it always irked me how ppl from nearly all states gang up to target biharis....even those from near failed states like bengal blame their problems on Biharis (which is ridiculous....their left delusion is reason of their downfall).
